This store was a lot of fun! What makes it unique is all the CA artisans. I snagged a cool ring, tank top & necklace. Sandy was super helpful & I truly enjoyed my shopping experience. Total find!

I never expected to be stereotyped in a small women-owned business considering I’ve shopped there before. I’m not one to get riled up easily, but little did my cousin and I know our once pleasant Saturday shopping spree would turn into us getting verbally insulted and profiled by one of their employees; whose name truth be told I didn’t care to learn. Considering we’re two women of color in our 20s on one of the busiest and most diverse shopping strips in San Jose, I would recommend you train your employees to be more welcoming and less judgemental of your clientele. Especially considering that some of the makers’ goods you sell are made by women of color, it may be time to reconsider the type of women you’re hiring to work in your store. The excuses made by this employee were inexcusable and you lost the business of a fellow maker and artist.

Very sweet shop with good location. Perfect location for gift findings. Enjoyed the shop that's giving platform for makers and artists to display their work.

The products here are great, but honestly the service here is always off putting. No one greets you, to the point I've often felt there was no one in the space when I've come in. The times I've bought things, the employees have come off annoyed. Feels strange to have to ask to purchase your item when they're standing at the check out area and they seem bothered to check you out. Would rather buy straight from the artists than this store, but it's nice to check out when I pass by. 3 stars cause the store and products are nice, just pretty poor service that makes me not go out or my way to stop in.

What a nice little shop to stop at; one of the only shops on Santana Row I have any interest in exploring. The staff is always so nice and helpful, the selections are varied (from candies to a beard comb) and well organized (and so VERY reasonably priced ... almost shockingly so). The shelves are filled with some very unique offerings and there is lots to see despite the small size of the actual store. I'll be back again and again and again.

Not a trustable store! Check how much they actually charge you, price tag after sale was $12 and after backed home I understood she charged me for $29! Not a big lost but it is disgusting to see such a behavior.

They postponed an event and publicly announced they'd provide a refund for those that can't make it. However, they don't reply to emails and FB messages when asked to process the actual refund. Rude and ignorant.

A very sweet shop that focuses on small business owners, makers, and crafters. The store itself is very small but has a lot of options ranging from candles, seasonal items (drink mixes, etc.), jewelry, clothing, and self care products. I did not end up something, but my partner ended up getting this very beautiful small ring. Overall, prices were very reasonable. Looking at other reviews, I do agree that it would be great to know a bit more about the creators of the products. Can be something as simple as a small handwritten card next to their products or some bios on the walls. Overall, I'm very glad this store is supporting great creators/makers!

I walked in and recieved zero greeting. The lady behind the desk just looked at me and looked back down at the register in distaste. I wanted to purchase bath items and was looking at the shelves when a Caucasian family walked in and the lady behind the register immediately walked out from behind the counter top and greeted them vivaciously, proceeded to say items in the store were all homemade & showed sale items & clothing. Asked them if they had any questions, Please don't hesitate to ask.Still she ignored me. Another white couple walked in & she was ecstatic and her customer service was amazing. Still she ignored me.So I'm assuming based off how I look, tattoos & colored, I wasn't good enough for the customer service end of things.Please don't judge a book by it's cover. I own a successful business myself here in San Jose and although I may look a bit rough around the edges I promise I can afford some bath salts.Step it up on the service here. It was disgusting being treated like I wasn't worthy despite the reaction the other customers recieved. I treat everyone just the same that walks through my doors of my business & more so I work with many troubled youth & families that undergo mountains of experience with discrimination here in the bay area.Do better.

0 stars if i could ?Worst customer service!!. Staff was unfriendly & rude- didn't greet me or asked if I needed help with items while i browsed for 20min. Walked out after awhile of being ignored....Told my friend (who is white and looks it) to walk in to see if they get greeted and right away- staff greeted her and offered her help w/ looking for items..If you are a POC and want to be treated with respect.... don't step foot in here.

This is a great store! They really respect Makers and small business owners and they really do a lot for their community. I'm super thankful for the founder and I'm happy to have this store in my neighborhood. My only suggestion is that I'd love to hear more about the Makers. What's the crafting process look like? Why did they use choose the materials that they used in the process? Things like that. I feel like information like this builds the customers/Maker relationship.
