Went here to get my first document notarized for the first time ever, and I had a pleasant experience. I made an appointment online beforehand and I was helped with immediately when I arrived. Highly recommend this place and will come back for future notarized documents!

I've been in a few times to drop off packages with return labels and boxes, always quick and easy. Had to ship a bulky item and a couple of others things I didn't have a box for so brought it to them in to see if they could pack them for me. Yup they could! And they had a used box available so they didn't charge me for that. I got the tracking number and could see it went out that afternoon, was delayed along the way due to weather - but just got confirmation everything arrived in great shape. Super friendly, helpful and gracious people. Love supporting this local small business.

Awesome customer service, owner goes extra mile to make sure your needs are addressed, we had a great experience. We had to notarize and mail some documents international, the entire process was smooth and patient.

Great small local place with convenient hours and friendly service. Went there for the notary services, passport photos, printing, shipping supplies, etc. Very convenient to have such a place nearby!

Not worth the trip. They do not open as listed. I went on a Thursday 4pm and they are supposed to be open until 5pm but locked their doors.

I was looking for a rental truck last minute for tomorrow morning. I would be moving several large, boxed furniture items from San Jose to Oakland for my move in day. Mail Stop has a high roof cargo van available to rent for $30 a day, plus $0.79 per mile. In comparison, U-Haul charges $1.89 per mile on top of the truck rental fee. I drove about 100 miles round trip with the van, saving me $110 than if I had gone with U-Haul instead! There is a $100 security deposit fee, but that was returned to me after returning the van. Renting the van with Mail Stop was quick and easy. The van had no issues, had A/C and even a rear view camera for when you backin' it up. The van easily fit a queen size bed foundation, queen size bed-in-a-box, a sofa bed (un-assembled in a box), 50-in TV, sound bar, subwoofer, and various boxes. There was still plenty of space to fit more boxes for clothes, dish-ware, etc. We Tetris'd all the items to make sure things weren't flying around while driving. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I'm grateful Mail Stop had a vehicle available to rent last minute.

Took an appointment for notary service on a Saturday. Whoever runs the shop decided to not honor the appointment and shut shop.Not a reliable place for business.

Great service, very neighborly. I had a non-standard size of package to send and he kindly gave me a used box in good condition that would fit. It was extremely helpful, saved me time and money. Will use Mail Stop in the future.

if you want a receipt of drop off you're gonna need to bring your smartypants. made an online appt for notary for my mother who mightve signed/initialed 90 counts while we were seated so I was able to visit a while. the man working was by himself and not only notarized us, rented a uhaul for a return customer, notarized someone else and was polite to a snarky rude female that wanted a receipt of a drop off which you won't get here, *take a picture ma'am*. pricing was impressive for everything he had to explain more so the patience. I'd recommend.

I got passport picture and docs notarized from this center and Raj provided great service. He is friendly and understands customer needs well. Service was prompt and I was on my way in few minutes!
