The new owner is pathetic. He is very rude and unfriendly. His cousin is super nice and very friendly. I'm not going there anymore. They do not open the store on time. waited for 30 mins and just asked him, looks like it's delayed. He got mad and said . my wish, I can open it whenever I want, stop suggesting me anything"

This is a great place, my dad's been getting his mail there for close to 30 years! The owner is a very cool dude. Since my dad can't come any more I am picking his mail up periodically, and this is a friendly full service mail shop that seems to have a lot of happy customers going in and out. Check it out!

If I could give this business LESS THAN ONE STAR, I literally would. This has literally got to be the WORST customer service I've received - almost ever! I usually go straight to FedEx or UPS but this place was right around the corner from where I live, so I decided to support the small business. The man that works there was SO RUDE. I was shipping a Kitchen Aid mixer back to the company and I'm 7 months pregnant. I had my toddler in the car so my husband carried it through the door but the box was too small to fit on their counter so he left it by the front door. I needed tape for my box as well. I politely asked if I could have help and also that I needed to tape my box. He rudely stated he did not provide tape - okay, understandable. I asked if I could purchase tape - rudely stated that they do not. Okaayyy "Mail Station".. I started to say that I would take the package elsewhere then, it's an expensive package so I don't mind - as long as it arrives at it's destination safely. He told me that he would provide tape THIS time. Alright, well - if you're going to be so kind as to help tape my box then why can't you be kind all the way around? He ROLLED HIS EYES when I asked for help carrying my package even though I'm visibly very pregnant and the box was big & heavy. I told him the shipping label was already prepared and in the correct spot on the box. Instead of looking to where I said it was placed, he loudly assumes I put the shipping label on the inside of the box... so, he clearly was purposefully not listening to me. Once he gave me the confirmation receipt, I walked out literally in awe of how rude someone could be. This able-bodied man literally sits behind this counter doing virtually nothing, but providing kind, simple & basic customer service is apparently VERY DIFFICULT for him. So, in summary: - They do not provide tape nor do they sell tape. - If you are disabled, elderly or pregnant and need assistance with your package - prepare for an ugly attitude from the man that works there. - Prepare to be seen as an inconvenience to the man that works there the second you walk in the door and have your package 100% prepared so that you don't need help with anything - not even the label. I will never support this business again.. the extra gas to drive elsewhere is worth it! :)

This place is dishonest and shady. It's ok for prepaid fedex drops but if you try to ship something they will finess the scale and have a premium price. I was shipping a package to Korea and asked them to check the prices for usps and fedex, whichever was cheaper. They told me that usps would cost 200 but fedex was 235 but includes insurance and is faster. I took the fedex option , then the following day I had to ship out an exact same package and thought I would go directly to post office, the price was 70 dollars plus 20 for insurance. The weight was also 2.1 lb instead or 3.5. This made me realize they must have had a guy press down on the scale infront or me cuz there's two of them. After all this I got skepticle and went to fedex store, they advised me they don't sell insurance for international shippin. Not sure what it was I purchased through the mail station. Might be their private insurance .

We have used Mail Station for the past 6 years with our drop offs and I cannot commend their service enough. They have saved us miles of travel with their service, not to mention the $$$'s it would have cost us to drop to Fedex.. Yes, we donated a couple of dollars each time as they do not get compensated for this service. They only get compensated when you ship through them. Our labels were already applied to our boxes. Today I dropped a box off and met one of the new owners "Don" What a fun and pleasant man he is. Even though he told me there is no charge, I still gave a donation as Mail Station does not make any money from boxes already labelled. Drop in and say hi to Don and support this business. Excellent service, well above a five star rating! We wish you well with the new business Vinh & Don. See you soon!

EDIT: They are under new ownership, I am happy to say. This review was for the old business. So I will update my review to 3 stars on good faith, so I don't drag down the new owner's ratings too much before I can actually go into the new business. Good luck, Don! The previous owner apparently responded, while giving his OWN business a 5 star review and said... Response to customer Nikki S. That is correct. We cannot take free package drop offs. Under no circumstances will owner say "there is nothing in it for me" ... a sign (image posted below) has always been posted at the shop as well as Google searches under "services". Regards, Ahmed (Mail Station Owner) Ok, one - the man behind the counter absolutely said "there's nothing in it for me" straight to my face. Two, I would have HAPPILY paid a small fee to drop off my package, as I had just walked 20 minutes with a box to get to this place. But he never mentioned I could pay a nominal fee. He just told me that he did not take FEDEX drop offs, even though FEDEX themselves list this place as a drop off on their website. Regards, Nikki Edit: It looks like ownership has changed. I hope they have nicer, more helpful employees now!

New ownership. Fast and friendly service. I used UPS, they also offer FedEx and DHL. I will definitely be returning for all my shipping needs.

With change of management this place now is so much better. For starters, Better behavior from the now owner. He was very helpful and finally the prices are now reasonable.

I've dropped off 3 FedEx Express overnight packages at this location on 3 different occasions within the past month. All were dropped off before the 4pm FedEx Express cutoff for same-day pickup. Two of them went out same day as expected and arrived at the destination the next morning. The third one did not go out same day, despite the fact that I dropped it off at 3:15pm and specifically asked the woman working there if it would be picked up by FedEx same day at 4pm (she said yes). Needless to say I will not be using this drop-off location again...

I had mixed experience initially because I thought the lady was not veyr patient to customers but actually she would try her best to help you. I appreciated her help. Time will tell.
