Customer Service is impeccable at this location. Super conveniently located next to the escalator to the parking garage. I love ordering online, super easy pick up and then they help you at the counter with color match, questions or if you want to change anything.

Yes, yes, yes! I've been here a few times and today I simply called for advice and the sales person was so sweet. She genuinely shared her picks and was such a delight. Of all things I wasn't buying from her directly. She just cared. The items she recommended were WONDERFUL. Now that is EXCELLENT, and caring customer service. MAC has such great colors it's so hard to do it on your own. Wow! Someone that did exactly what she's paid to do and more. Melanie, thank you!

As a 31-year-old woman that still doesn’t know how to do her own make up, going into make up stores is one of my least favorite thing to do. I came to Westfield and went to Sephora… but the lack of experience and poor costumer service left we walking out empty handed. I was lucky enough to walk by Mac on my way out of the mall and was met by the wonderful Genoveva who saved the day! I can’t say enough about this girl and this store! She color matched me perfectly with a great foundation and knew exactly what to recommend when I asked for an easy date night look for my eyes. Do yourself a favor and go to the store and see my girl Genoveva!

This place is a biggest disappointment for customer service. I went here with my daughter. And I just came in just to get the setting spray and whatever my daughter needs. One lady said to me that if we had any questions please let her know. And of course we did after 5min later looking around and everyone there all the staff was ignoring us. My daughter looked at everyone and and we waited by the register where 2 staff was there look at us and ignore us and walk past us. And yes we even said excuse me we need help. And still we got ignored. SMH. Customer service is ridiculous. Definitely not going to that MAC store. I rather go to valley fair mall instead. Oh and lastly they weren't even busy. SMH.

I don't know what's going on with the staff or the management but they are always closed early I can never make it there they're always closed before seven you can't rely on the store hours at all whatsoever because the employees or management whoever it is just closes whenever they want I don't think I'll ever go to that location again because it's so unreliable. If I could give them zero stars I would!

This location do no take appointments as mentioned on the Mac website.I have visited 2-3 times to this place, but the store folks were unable to help me with right shades and finish for foundation and concealer. I thought staff are trained to help with right shades.Everytime I bought it home and applied, it doesn't go well with my skin.It's a waste of money and time.Only positive part, they easily took returns and exchange even though I didn't had there boxes with me.

Went to the Mac store today without any knowledge of make up . Madelyn Smick was my helper ! She was awesome ! Helped me on the perfect shades of foundation, lip ,concealer and eye shadow for me . She recommended products for my skin tone and brushes. Will be coming back thanks to her !!!

Oakridge Mall is one of my go to malls for my shopping needs. The mall seams to be making some new additions to their list of stores and restaurants they already have. Coming soon they will have a Vans store and a Smash Burger too. Nordstrom is a favorite store that I enjoy shopping at because they have a verity of price ranges from inexpensive to higher end products. I also enjoy shopping at Macy's, Lane Bryant, Target and some other of their stores. Oh and you cant forget Clairs, Deyso, and Sephora.

Had a great experience shopping at this Mac location. Aimen, one of the assistants, was very friendly and took her time to find us (myself and my 14-year-old) products that worked with our skin tone. Definitely going back to this store for future make-up needs.
