Absolutely should not be in business. I was corralled to do business with these people by my car salesman. I'd rather sleep outside the DMV for a week waiting for an appointment.To the management: do you train your staff on the concept of "customer service"? I have never been talked to so carelessly and rudely in my life. Not going to name name's, but she needs help if you want to stay in business and out of court.I sent your business Certified Mail including legal documents, and your office apparently cannot find it. Please help me understand how this is acceptable.

I went in looking for car insurance and didn't really know how to go about getting it done. Everyone there was really patient and welcoming I was helped by one of the attendants named Lizette. She had great customer service and I would highly recommend anyone looking for insurance or new car owners looking to register their car

Simple easy process no waiting. Worth paying $45 and get your tag and paperwork. Don't like DMV lines or waiting to get it in the mail.

I brought an out-of-state title transfer/vin verification here when I did not have the time to wait at DMV. Rosie got me in & out in about 15 minutes! Time is money, so the small fee was worth it. Process was stress-free. I will definitely be back.
