I've had several interactions at this location over the years. I've purchased a few items. I've also had my watch repaired a couple times. The owner is unfailingly polite. I will keep coming back.

The fastest battery change place you will be pleased. He changes it within a minute and correct time at the same time. It's been about 3 years since I've discovered this little shop to fix my bracelet and change batteries and this guy is amazing. Obviously he know his watches and tells it like it is. As of June 2023, the charge price got increased which is only natural, you pay for $14 for a sandwich, why not for a battery for your expensive watch? I'd rather wear a working watch. Also, watch bracelet adjustment is around $14, he does it in a second. My advice to you though...1. Pay in cash - I believe there's gonna be 10% fee for any credit card payments 2. Ask for link(s) of your bracelet if you need them - I wonder if he forgets or it's just his way. I always ended up coming back to get them. He keeps bunch of all kinds of links (I guess from his customers) on his work station and knows exactly which one is yours. Isn't that something?!Other than that, it's a great place. There are safe way, subway, ihop and bunch of other small stores in the same mall, you'll get your errands done with one trip. Have a great day!

Amazing customer service and watchmaker behind the counter!! He took my very hard to replace battery in a special one of a kind watch, a watch another repair shop said could not be opened, and did it for under $20. Mom and Pop store, very nice experience all around

I was trying to pick up my watch that was left for battery exchange a while ago. They asked me to bring my ID, questioned me weirdly that why I had a NY license (is this relevant to my watch??) The owner shouted at me and forced me to write down my ID number, birthday, phone number and signature if I want to get my watch back.. the whole experience is TERRIBLE. I was never treated in such a rude way in any other local business.. If you want to keep your personal information safely, I would NOT recommend this store.

The shop is amazing! I am a huge fan of watches and wow, do they have a selection. I needed to get a battery replacement for two watches. Twenty minutes later he had completed the task. Bring cash and support your local shop. I am from out of town and will be heading this way for the excellent customer service and fantastic quality!!

Amazing jeweler; we have been taking watches to him for years and he not only fixes batteries but points out other problems (a missing screw in my watch). Fixed while I waited (or I could have gone shopping)

Unfortunately this isn't a good review. We took a ring to be sized up. A sterling silver ring. We picked it up and the first time I wore it it broke. Took it back and the man offered to fix it free. Picked it up an hour ago and get home only to notice a piece of the silver or whatever he used is coming off. I am quite upset. The first time it was just stretched so thin. Now it was cheaply done. I now am out $68 and have to find a new Jeweler to fix it.

I was very pleased with the service provided when I had my watch links adjusted today. He really did his best to improvise the missing screw to my watch and I will definitely drive out of my way to get my watches serviced by him! Support our local businesses!
