Our family has patronized M&L Jewelers since about 2012. Our experience has been great. Each time we bring an issue to him on a watch or clock, they deliver on a remedy at a fair price. Most notably, they have serviced our Grandfather clock a couple of times and handle the delicate job with care. Service includes on-site, in-home and pick-up/delivery is offered (as needed/required). Helped fixed my wrist band. I couldn't do it ,but he was able to fix it quickly. Charged just $5 others told me to replace the band, but he said it wasn't necessary. Honest person.

Quick and easy service and process for my boyfriend and I! We went in on a Saturday afternoon to adjust a watch and bracelet my boyfriend just bought. In just 30 minutes, my bf was able to get his bracelet and watch properly adjusted for his wrist. The man who was helping us was really sweet and explained what he thought looked best. To fix both items was SO AFFORDABLE! We also briefly talked to the lady and mentioned their family has been owning this little shop for over 30 years! I live in the area and didn't realize this spot was here. So glad my boyfriend called and stopped by here! I would definitely recommend coming here for a quick fix and if you're in the area. And definitely get to know the owners! Such a cute and nice family!

Had a worn watch band and went in to replace the band. In and out and way cheaper than buying some replacement band on Amazon! Plus they swap the band for you.Awesome

I went in to M&L Jewelers for ring services and it was a great experience. The owner of the store was super friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome. It's a small shop with less selection than a commercial jewelry store like Zales or Kay but that's to be expected. It had a much warmer vibe, which is a nice trade off. Would definitely recommend to anyone local or within 7-10 miles.

I have been going here for years. They have fixed my pearl necklace, other necklaces and watches. Also resized or repaired a few rings as well. Love the fast trustworthy service.

The customer service and knowledge of clocks and batteries is awesome. I've been going to them for years. I take my watches and car key fobs only to them. And they sell jewelry.

I wonder if I write that I've been coming here since the 1990s that they think I'm some older customer. Lol, I've been coming here since I was a kid. They do good work. No complaints. I rarely need them because all I need are simple battery changes. I've recently started to wear Swiss watches. I needed hole punching in my leather band. I know it's simple, but I enjoyed our conversations and trying to pick the owner's brain about watches. I see his taste in watches which made me go home and research more on his suggestions. It was fun. I like this business. Can't wait to expand my collection.

My looking around for service on a watch....found this place and decided to give them a try. Very friendly greeting......we did haggle on price of the watch battery ...but they did it while I waited and I have been in here before years ago for a flask for my husband ......I highly recommend them for cool watches as well....Casio G-Shock look really nice...thank you for the lovely and fast service!!

they did it again. I went to them for a new watch battery, told me it was a 2 year warranty. In 1 year it was dead. They argued, said it was 2 years I conceded and got a second battery. This time I dated the service. Didn't last a year. They charge almost $100.00 for the battery - rip off.
