Yana and her team did an excellent job! Even though it was a local move, the delicate pieces were very carefully wrapped and handled. They treated our stuff like it was their own. Yana listened to our needs and asked when not sure. They had plenty of shipping blankets and boxes. Even consolidated small and loose items in large wardrobe boxes they used. The unloading was just as well executed. They set up everything the way we asked them. Excellent value. Upfront pricing. No hidden charges. One of the best moves we have had. Highly recommended! We weren't planning on getting movers but decided to do utilize uhaul's load/unload service and it fell through at the last minute. We spoke with Yana the day before our move and decided to book them and we are so glad and thankful we did! Their prices are so much better than other quotes we got, considering it was a team of 4 instead of other companies who provide 2 movers. They were extremely quick, hardworking and professional. We don't have many fragile things but nothing was damaged, everything made it well, and we were just so impressed with how hard they work! In 3.5 hours they pretty much moved 85% of our things. The other 15% weren't even packed yet so they moved everything they possibly could! We were getting movers so last minute we were just hoping they could help us move 50% of our things but they well exceeded our expectations. It was a high of 80 degrees that summer day and our apartment was on the third floor without an elevator. The team had some crazy work ethic and handled it like it was no problem! If you're hiring movers, please have your things packed in boxes and organized the best you can. It really helps them, and in turn the move is more efficient and can be completed in a shorter amount of time, which saves everyone time and effort and saves you money! I highly, highly recommend this company. They were beyond fantastic and we are so grateful they were able to help us so much with our move!!

I've booked 2 moves with Luxury Moving. They are quick and efficient while providing great service. They wrapped my furniture in moving blankets and plastic so nothing was dirtied or damaged during the move. They took extra care in packing my items into their truck in a logical way. The crew came prepared with so much helpful equipment. They are so hardworking and you can tell they care about the service they are providing. Lyle responds quickly when I reached out for a quote as well. All around a great experience. I will likely always book my moves with Luxury and would recommend to everyone.

I used Luxury both leaving Portland for the Bay in 2022 and then unexpectedly coming back in 2023. Both moves were logistically complicated and Yana and her teammate handled things professionally and respectfully. They offered a better value than their competitors and I believe their service was better, as I have a lot of experience with moving companies (more than I'd like actually). I enthusiastically recommend this company.

Professional, fast and reliable with very accurate pricing and no surprise fees at the end. I thought my upack trailer unload was going to be nightmare but these guys made it the least stressful move ive done. I just sat back and watched youtube while they did their job. No direction needed. True pros at what they do. I forgot to ask her name but the lady boss driving the truck was awesome. She was as strong as the other guys.

We recently moved and Yana and her team were good to work with. They brought 5 people to move us and a three bedroom house took 7 hours and two trips. The items were wrapped in plastic and blankets. I would recommend them to others.

AMAZING MOVERS. I highly recommend these movers. No tricks or hidden fees or last minute surprises. Yana and her team moved stuff from our 3000 square foot house (3BR, 2BA) in 4 hours, including a 72 inch fish tank, mattresses, and TVs. They knew how to disassemble/reassemble furniture and electronics. They were even able to bring 2 trucks so that I could send some furniture to storage and some to the new home without wasting time. Incredibly, they also accommodated my very last minute emergency day change over Memorial Day weekend, without any fuss or complaint! They were friendly, careful, efficient, respectful, and thorough. I will 100% use them again!! THE BEST.

I cannot say enough about how grateful we were to have found them as a fluke! My roommate and I are both injured and moving to a downstairs apartment from an upstairs apartment within the same complex. We had hired some people from Taskrabbit the day before to assist with packing and were cancelled on minutes before the agreed upon start time. Needless to say, not having that additional help we were well behind in our packing when the movers got here. Their team of 3 moved, helped pack and even swapped out a fridge, washer & dryer- all with such ease and efficiency. They moved our 2bd/2ba apartment in 4 hours! I was sure it would take longer due to the need to swap over all three appliances in both apartments. They didn't touch a wall and everything was moved to its new place unscathed. They even worked around and were loving to our cats which were very curious about the happenings of the day. I cannot tell you how happy we are with the service received. I recommend them to anyone with the need for a move or some heavy lifting. Boy are they strong! Their adaptability, professionalism, efficiency and compassion made what could have been a disaster, a pleasant and productive experience. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!!! You should too!!!
