Although the brand itself contains well quality clothes, the workers there on the day I went definitely did not match the memo. I recently went to this Lululemon to exchange some clothing as it came damaged and the lego was peeling off, even though the refund and exchange policy clearly stated that my complications were acceptable; the workers denied what their website had stated and that I wasn't applicable for an exchange.

The employees at the Hillsdale Shopping Center location were terrific. It was very, busy and still helped. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Was supposed to pick up my item that I placed on 12/15 pick up deadline 12/16 I never did but when I looked at my email I got a confirmation that I picked it up on 12/18. I was on the phone with customer service for 20 minutes to prove I did not pick it up. It’s unfortunate to know it was probably a staff member that took the item. Unfortunately I could not get ahold of the actual store.

Encountering dismissive behavior, mansplaining, and a lack of support while attempting to exchange a bag that broke within a few months was deeply frustrating.Upon showing the broken part to the cashier, I felt invalidated when the immediate response was to question how I used the item. Despite explaining that I primarily used it for commuting and didn't handle it roughly, there was persistent skepticism. The repeated inquiries and attempts to prevent a "future mistake" felt condescending rather than helpful. It's ironic that someone referred to as an "educator" at Lululemon couldn't even accurately record my email address. Frankly, the term "educator" used by Lululemon amuses me.I'm considering translating and sharing this experience across various platforms and languages, and I've lost trust in this brand. I won't be purchasing their products again.

Cashier number #99994000093068, working on OCT 11th around 4pm was very unprofessional and rude. She didn't try to accommodate our needs and was very dismissive, she also had a stank face the whole transaction. She was short and seems to be annoyed. I always have a good experience at lulu, I'm honestly hurt by this.

The staff was great and knowledgeable. Angelica helped me with an exchange and finding leggings that I liked. She checked up on me and even briefed her coworker about my return situation since she was going on her break. Lexi was also helpful and friendly at the fitting rooms!

I usually purchase online but since I saw this store, I went to check some of their latest arrivals and brought a hiking pant. I wanted the shorts with six inches but they ran out of their stock. Service is great but maybe because it was the weekend they were really crowded.
