Stay away from this place. Shady business practices. Was shopping around for a sectional and found a decent one here for about $600.00. The store model had firm cushions and quality looking upholstery. The frame felt sturdy and I gave it a quick lift and had a nice weight to it. So based on the in store model, I thought this would be a good one and bought it since the price was good and they provided free delivery and install. So the one star rating is for the actual sectional we got upon delivery. It was light extremely light and the upholstery felt cheap. And the cushion was not as firm. They required to sign papers after the set up and emphasize there's no warranty, returns or exchanges... okay fair enough... but it made me feel a little uneasy given the demeanor of the white glove service pushing for the signing. Less than a year later, the sectional started to have issues. The panels inside the frame under the upholstery cracked and and every time we sit on it, there would be some clunking sound. This is obviously a bait and switch business and as others have noted, there's a good reason why they don't allow photos. If you're in the market for "throw away" furniture and don't plan on using it anymore than a few years, you can take your chance here. Otherwise, stay away from this place. Save your time and money.

I made an unplanned visit without my wife after going to Costco. We had been looking for a curio and tv stand. The gentleman showed me around and take a picture to show my wife; he seemed helpful. however later the lady follows me and couldn't answer the type of wood the curio was made of and then she started yelling at me not to take pictures...she was so rude and disrespectful. Poor tact and customer service

Lucky was great. He was very nice, very helpful and friendly. Showed us what we needed and gave us a deal. Also, he offers free shipping which was great since other places charge to deliver.

Just go there and check out some furniture. I just question about the price of the item since it is exactly the same as the one I saw at another store. However, this store has much higher price, but it was mix and match. Not even original set from manufacture. When I just bring it up and ask if it is negotiable. The male owner showed attitude right away. He was so mean and has really bad attitude against my mom. Both of them act like they want to kick us out of the store. That is really unacceptable attitude to potential customer. I will never come back and never recommend it to anyone

I stopped by to grab a mattress and bed frame for my new studio apartment that I was moving into in a couple of weeks. I stopped by this place during the Memorial Day weekend and I'm so glad I did! The owner immediately greeted me and asked what I was looking for and my budget. He redirected to some really cheap mattresses that were great quality for the price! I was a bit choosier about bed frames, and he walked me around the place showing me which bed frames came in the desired size. In the end, I walked out with a great deal on a 4 piece bed set. Fast forward a couple of weeks, and I was having difficulties with the management office for my new apartment. Move-in dates kept being pushed forward and the actual unit I was moving into kept changing. I was beyond frustrated, but the owner was very kind and flexible with my situation. When the day of delivery came around, the owner himself came to the place to help install the furniture. I feel so terrible for all the delays but he was so kind and courteous! I would definitely stop by this place again when I need more furniture.

Recently purchased a sofa set and wow!! Great deals, friendly customer service, and AMAZING PRICES! You won't find anywhere else cheaper. Trust.

This store has the cheapest furniture ever! My mom went to buy white drawers and not even a week later, they were damaged!! She had a lamp that was placed on top of the drawers and when she lifted the lamp to clean around the drawer, the paint chipped off and we saw the black paint from underneath! Weeks later, the black started to show even more with just simply cleaning with a dry cloth! When she called him to complain, he basically said "IF we did paint it, then why didn't you place something under the lamp so it won't chip." Mind you, this was the second delivery because of their mistake the first time around. The first time they delivered mismatched drawers (we bought a big and a small one). They took it back and delivered the second one that was just white painted over the black. They probably ran out of the white cabinets but had already made the sale, so just did what they could to keep the sale. Horrible ethics. Take your business elsewhere.

I really liked this place and the owner when I first came here, he seems so nice but no. Once you buy it's over, he doesn't need to be nice anymore. I bought a bed frame from him, and I like the bed frame so 2 stars otherwise it would be just one. I then bought the mattress a week after, both QUEEN size. Queen frame and queen mattress. But when I took off the wrapping from the mattress, it doesn't fit. It looks like a FULL size to me. There's no way it won't fit. So I call and tell him and he's SO rude to me. He said if it says on the receipt it's a queen then it is a queen. That piece of paper just says queen but does not actually prove it is. Why else would there be more space on my bed, it is a full he gave me and tricked me saying it's queen size!! I'm never coming back here, I was nice enough to come back here for mattress cause I thought I like the service here.

It won't deserve any star. Just waste of money. Low material and won't change just after purchasing when you find a fault.
