I love the brand but had a bad experience at this location. An older lady of the staff members was extremely rude and bossy. Would have loved to try more stuff on and buy a bigger haul but did not want to interact with her another second. Very unfortunate

Worst customer service ever. Shirt fell apart after first wash and was not able to return/replace it because it was washed. Manager had the I dont care attitude. Have bought many things here for years without a problem. Too bad they have no care for their customers now. Last time I will shop here

I love Lucky classic crew neck tees and have been shopping at this location for more than10 years. But, today I was extremely disappointed to find that I couldn't return my online purchase made through PayPal. I wish I had had prior warning of this before I made my purchase. Not only that, but the sales clerk's apologetic attitude did not seem very genuine and also somewhat smug concerning my predicament. I feel like customer service at this store has always been excellent prior to today.

Came into the store and was immediately greeted by Cesar who assisted me tremendously!Answered all of my questions and helped me find the right kind and size of jean that I was exactly looking for!Superb service and quality! Thank you Cesar!

Bought several shirts and shirts from the Valley Fair store last week but had to order one shirt online because they didn't have my size. They mail me the incorrect size. I call customer service who can't track down my order and help me despite me giving my name, email and order number. I call the store and ask them to send the correct size. The manager tells me that they can't and I have to return to the store to place another order. Despicable customer service. They've lost my business and I would discourage anyone from shopping here.

Not sure why they do not sell the softest t shorts anymore. They are the perfect PJ. Love what they sell, not for everybody, but if you do like it you will find a lot.

I am talking about Kylie. This is not about brand and this is about the person who represents the brand. Her attitude was not good. She showed some rascist tendency towards me. Please let her know to change her attitude because it is unprofessional for a brand like Lucky to have a sales person in that wonderful store. Thank you.

Very disappointed and disrespected by the racist, rude, unprofessional , sales person, Kylie. So sad to see such a sales person without etiquette, and disrespectful to customers, in such a great brand store. Store manager please, train staff ,with a better manner and customer service.
