We went to Lowes to buy a new kitchen sink and faucet and got help from Gus. Great guy, we almost left, but he came to help and found everything we were looking for. Plus , it helped us with things we didn't even think about to help us put in sink and faucet. We left feeling good with help we received from Gus.

Now you have to go and find the prices.. yes, I go to Lowe's and the item I grab had no price tag, I ask to the person "cashier" about that and she said " go and grab another item with the price tag ". WTH?'!? Now we have to do that job too?!? With out paid?? I'm no coming back to any Lowe's store,

Everyone knows the plastic plant pots get stuck together when they're stacked up. I am 5 months pregnant and after straining to separate some myself, I asked the woman in the garden center if she could assist me with trying to separate 2 pots I needed from the stack on the shelf. She told me, "Uh no I only work the registers. Sorry." Like whattt??? You've got to be kidding me.

They have tools spread out throughout store in an unorthodox manner. It makes it hard to find the tools without having to walk the whole store. Not very efficient.

Went in today looking for a certain part. Young dude with a beard, brownish longhair and black hoodie was talking to another coworker and he told me they didn't carry the part. I asked if he was sure, and he said yes. Anyway, as I walked away, he started laughing at me with his coworker, as if I'm in the wrong for asking for help. I ended up finding the part he said they didn't have. Customer service at its lowest.

This place is consistently BAD. I needed help for a screen door latch replacement. No one knew what aisle it was in. When I asked someone to call for help, no one showed up. Another woman was waiting to get a key made, they called someone to help her and no one showed up for her either. I just left and will go to Ace. When leaving I told the cashier what a bad store this was and she totally agreed. This has happened numerous times. About every time. All people working there have no knowledge or experience. Ever.

I had a bad experience checking out in the self checkout. The employee kept coming up and asking if I needed help. I said no at least 4 times before she decided to grab my items and start ringing them up herself because she wanted to help. If I needed help I would have gone through the line. ÑShe ruined my whole Lowe's experience. This was my first time at Lowe's.

Hard to get help , I waited for an associate after ringing the bell numerous times but still had to walk away and ask if someone could call the associate that works in the area for help. The associate helped and was very knowledgeable but it would have been good business to get someone over without the extra effort.

Unacceptable noise at this Lowes and unhelpful customer service representatives! Late-night leaf blowers at Lowe's Cottle Rd disrupt sleep for residents multiple times a week. Despite complaints to mgmt and corporate, the issue persists. Choose another location for peace of mind and positive customer experience.Multiple residents, including myself, have contacted Lowe's employees at all levels - store staff, corporate, and groundkeeping.Despite varied attempts to escalate the issue, responses have ranged from dismissive to apathetic, with some store representatives denying responsibility or dismissing community concerns as unfounded.Contacting Lowe's customer service yielded no meaningful solutions, only a cycle of referrals back to unresponsive store management.Impact and Call to Action:This persistent noise disruption significantly impacts the health and well-being of community residents.We request that Lowe's take immediate action to address this issue, including:-Rescheduling groundskeeping activities to daytime hours.-Implementing policies that prioritize the peace and well-being of the neighboring community.-Providing a transparent and responsive communication channel for residents to raise concerns.
