Lowe's Home Improvement is a very big and huge store with lots of stuff and plenty of options for house improvement and construction. All materials required for home needs are available. It is a very clean and tidy store. The staff is very nice and provides amicable services, with employees occasionally available to help. However, some customers find selections are not as good and prices are higher compared to other stores. Finding items can be challenging without more help, store maps, or a directory. Some purchasing experiences, like obtaining locked items, can be inconvenient and time-consuming.

I wanted to pick up 2 bottles of propane for soldering. They were locked up ! Then it took. 10 minutes to get the locker open , then I was told I could pick them up at the register..... I am a grown man that can be trusted not to improperly handle a bottle of gas, and I'm not a THIEF. Don't treat me like one

Helpful employees and when the line got long they opened more registers even though it was close to closing time.
