If I have time to stand here writing a bad review while waiting for people to help me, then you know how much this place sucks. After seeing 4 people and asking them for help, everyone was either not wanting to move or telling me they would find someone. First one was rushing for his lunch. 2nd couldn't move from his desk. 3rd one already logged out and didn't want to call someone while there is a phone next to her. 4 one just pushed a cart and told me he would call someone. And yes, I'm still waiting.

I went to this store to get some paint for a project I have, I look for my color on the sample area and I ask costumer services people right on the left side the paint area, they called many time someone to help me...after 35 min nobody came nobody's show up so sad that you can even buy product or what you need on this store..

DO NOT USE LOWES INSTALLATION SERVICE. I ordered two toilets and paid for installation which was $399 PER TOILET which included them picking them up, installing them, and removing the old ones, only to have their service partner Angi reschedule FOUR TIMES and each time was for several days later. The first time the guy never showed, and then the next three times a "last minute issue" with my "pro" would come up the night before or day of and they would reschedule on their own. By that time I stopped believing they would ever show up and cancelled the whole thing. I wasted almost a month on that. I'm going to use a local small business and hire a plumber.

It's been a while since I shopped here. I used to go fairly regularly when I worked near this location. It was a good clean Lowe's with the usual merchandise found at big box home improvement stores. Staff was usually a bit sparse so I did not interact with them much, but it was nothing remarkable. Years later I have had a few occasions where I tried to order items online to be picked up at this store. This is where the problems start. I have now had 3 different orders where I see an item offered as showing in stock at this store, order the items, get confirmation codes of the order being accepted, then get notices that the items are not in stock and I should pick a replacement. You just can't trust the stock status at this store online apparently.

This location need to pick up their calls.... It just rings and rings. Called 5 times and no one answered . Each call about 7-8 mins long. Lowe's , this is disappointing.

This review is specifically to shout out Ron who helped us in the plumbing department. He was so knowledgeable about everything, gave great recommendations on what to buy based on what would keep and every part needed to finish the job of replacing my bathroom countertop. He really was so great and I will definitely be asking for him next time I need help with a project.

Couldn’t pick up my online order, they just couldn’t find it after all those text messages, pls puck up your order! Spent 1 hour waiting on my weekend! Though employees were nice and were trying their best.

Despite being aware of the store's low ratings and negative reviews, I've consistently visited without any issues, likely because I always know exactly what I need without requiring assistance. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I visited the store to have some paint mixed, went to the paint counter with the gallon of paint and color I wanted. I was the only customer there at the time yet the associate (Francis, I believe) blatantly disregarded me, choosing to attend to others who arrived later and were indecisive. Despite my readiness, and being there first, I wasn't acknowledged. Not even a "I'll be right with you" and after a 25-minute wait, I left. Complete waste of time and horrible experience. Going to Home Depot from now on. This encounter was a clear example of the poor customer service I had previously read about but had not experienced until now.

They got 1 person for each category at service. If that person is on break you have to wait. No one else knows what to do. Been waiting for an hour due to lunch brreak
