This place was awesome! I had a broken window and needed it fixed ASAP. They quoted me quickly, and had the best price by far. Finished in under 90 minutes and they even cleaned up all of the loose glass that was in the car.

low price auto glass is amazing. they were fast with service and got my subaru crosstrek done and tinted in a week. I have to take off 1 star for some communication errors that caused a delay of 2-3 days for my glass install but otherwise it was great working with them. it was 2 hours very fast and they even re-attached my dashcam for me. also note the parking lot is very very small and hard to reverse out of for smaller vehicles but that's not their fault. just learn to drive well.

Got my original windshield replaced here last month and a month later I notice a huge crack in my windshield. My original windshield withstood rocks hitting it all the time and it never showed any signs of wear for 12 years. The quality of glass here is absolutely trash and despite you being a customer just a month ago they don't have any form of warranty for you. You'd have to replace it again with them for the original price. Save yourself the hassle and go to a better quality business with better customer service. I would not recommend this business!

This place was awesome... ok so the real situation was I called in to have my back windshield replaced. I went in and unfortunately it was not available as they thought. But.... Carrie in the Office made every effort to get the glass right away she even was willing to have a driving pick it up from Hayward. She called me early the next morning and gave me a great discount. I was on my way. Professional and courteous.... I would highly recommend. I think I remember her name because we obviously have the same name nevertheless Carrie deserves a raise....

Super great price for completely replacing my windshield! And excellent service, they did it in an hour! Only downside is that the office is grungy and not a great place to wait. There's a Starbucks down the street around 15 min walk

Had an awesome experience. They beat every quote I received. Great customer service and VERY fast service. I called on a Monday morning, windshield was replaced by 1pm that day. Highly recommend, I will utilize their service again.

Low price, low quality parts and service. They use cheap glass and won't clean after themselves. If you decide to deal with them, grab a handheld vacuum to clean the glass shards or you risk to wound fingers or sit on glass pieces. They will break parts and say it's not covered.Detailed story.I came there to replace a cracked windshield on my Ford C-Max. First non-OEM windshield they installed had a gap in the seal which resulted in loud wind when driving on a freeway. I came back in a month to re-seal the glass, and they said the glass is already cracked and it won't be possible to re-use it, so I need a new glass.They also refused to replace the plastic moldings at their cost. They broke the moldings during initial glass replacement.They sold me a new OEM glass this time and managed to make an adequate seal. I thought this time it'd be problem free, but in six months, the rainy weather came, and I discovered the rain sensor isn't working. I removed the sensor and saw lots of dust and mud in the sensor. The gel pad had a ripped perimeter. I cleaned the sensor and the pad, reinstalled it, but it didn't help. The sensor isn't working.Now, in rainy weather, I'm with a problematic sensor. What should I do now? Replace sensor? Replace pad? Get a liquid quick cure silicon for the pad? I regret I used this low-price inferior quality service.

I got a quote from this business through Yelp, and it was way less than all of the competition. I had my car in for less than 45 minutes, and I was driving away with my new windshield. I'm very happy with the service they provide, and they are also very friendly.
