My 6 year old daughter wanted to get her ears pierced (reopen them since they had closed up). Went here and it was not a good experience. The lady who helped us had trouble with the piercing gun and really hurt my daughter. She gave her a small cut on the bottom of her earlobe, it seemed like the piercing gun slipped or something and she also had trouble removing the gun from the earring after it was in place (that part was really painful for her.) I felt so bad because it shouldn't have hurt like that. Also as it turns out, if she was a professional she would have told us that using a little bit of petroleum jelly would work to reopen the holes, i learned this after the fact (my daughter did NOT want to get her other ear pierced so we just left. Then i googled how to reopen an ear piercing and i found that out a little too late, but it worked!!) i felt so bad :( DONT GET EARS PIERCED HERE!

They were having a clearance event with signs everywhere saying 50% off, but there was only a small section of 50% items which I felt was misleading. Maybe only put the sign with the items that are actually on sale? They were all in the same section after all. I did purchase a few of the clearance sets and they were cute for a good price

This company doesn't deserve the 1 star, should be zero stars. They are shady and will not print paper receipt, but instead wants your personal email address to send it to which I'm not ok with that. I don't have to provide my email for privacy reasons, but this company doesn't follow the law and we should all file a class action lawsuit against them. The employees are poorly trained and will lie about why don't give receipts. One cashier told me about the company's reason has to do with KPIs to collect email addresses for receipt distribution and thought I didn't know what KPI meant. SMH! Go elsewhere, don't shop at Lovisa!!

Prices on the tag are lower than what they charge you and they don’t print receipts they email them to you. I

First time I've ever gone to a retail store where they do not honor their pricing. It's the law when it comes to retail pricing. If an item is tagged with a certain price then that's what you have to sell the item for incorrectly tagged or not. It's not the customers fault. In addition, the cashier was new and she did not know how to change the price on the item. Staff needs to be trained more with customer service. Long time Lovisa customer but I guess there's always a first for disappointment.

came here about a year ago to get my ears pierced, my left ear was successful, but when she got to my right ear i felt pain and then afterwards the earring felt very loose and i had asked the employee if i could push it in together and she told me to not touch it at all or it would get infected. obviously, i didn't want an infection so i listened. the following morning i woke up to my earring on the floor, of course. i rushed to lovisa as fast as i could but the lady at the register had said it had closed up and i'd have to wait at least a month to get it repierced. i ended up losing easy transportation and wasn't able to make it over to lovisa, which is on me. fast forward a year later, i finally had time to get my other ear pierced. i sat down and the lady cleaned my ear, got ready to pierce it and everything. she put the piercing device to my ear, there was a little click and then.. she RAN away. she ran into the little room in the back where i'm assuming her supervisor was. i was with my friends and i had asked them if my ear was pierced, and they told me no, but that it was bleeding. she had only pricked my ear and then left me without a word. my friend had to go say something through the doorway of the back room for her to come out. i was issued a refund, of course, but i'm still really upset. being upset about the device not working on my ear is one thing, but the fact that she ran away like a coward?? extremely unprofessional.

Horrible customer service, terrible products and over priced. While I was originally impressed with the selection the store offered, the woman working was incredibly rude when I asked her a question. On check out, she wouldn't give me a receipt indicating that it would be sent to me (to make things environmentally friendly) and when the receipt finally came, EVERY SINGLE PIECE was charged HIGHER than the sticker price! By several dollars each item!!!! No thank you. I'll go somewhere else next time.
