I've been using lotus Glass for over 15 years. They've always come through for me with great products, great prices, their turnaround time is amazing, I literally can't say enough good things about lotus and their staff.

I had a broken sun room glass door and I’m thankful to have met Christine - owner of this shop. She is an amazing lady, very professional in helping me choose the right glass (thickness, dimensions, type ) and order it proactively to get it to me faster than most glass shops. I would highly recommend this glass shop for all your glass needs. The staff in this shop are very knowledgeable and was kind in helping load in my car with great attention and suggesting me how to put the glass on and safety instructions. Overall I was very pleased with my purchase (very reasonable price for a 34x76 tempered glass, the best price in whole city/ US!).

This was the day I made the mistake of leaving my purse in the car in the bank parking lot only for my car to be broken into!!? Thank God for AAA and the referral to this shop...They were able to fix it immediately!! Best service ever!???

I took my car a little after they opened to get my side window replaced, and it was done before noon. Cheapest quote I got, and they even vacuumed up the shattered glass for me!

Today 6/30/23 I just called in asking to get a quote. Some receptionist lady answered the phone with such bad attitude like she hates her job or being there. Before i even get to choose their service, they already lost my business for putting that lady as their receptionist to answer phone calls. This person needs to get retrained for her customer service skills.

I broke a pane of glass on a double hung sash window. I got a bid from another company. It was crazy expensive so I asked a friend who she uses for glass replacement. She sent me to Lotus. They came out an hour later and charged me a lot less. The work was professional and solid. Glazier was knowledgeable and neat. I I'll use these guys for all my glasswork in the future. 5 STARS.

I really like this glass shop. I used to take them all of my personal and company vehicles for glass work. I also used Lotus Glass to replace some glass at my residence.Usually fast service.

Had to have my cracked windshield replaced. The woman was very attentive in making sure I was okay while waiting (offered coffee, gave a space heater, etc). At the end, I had an issue with my trunk not locking closed (not their fault) and she made sure to tie it securely before I left, to prevent the trunk from popping up while I drove directly to an auto shop to have it fixed. The quality of the new windshield and service seemed great. I appreciated the woman's kindness while there, very much, too. Thank you!

Great customer service- we just had a windshield installed and even though the dealership took a long time to send the glass to lotus they were very responsive during the wait time. They installed it in the car as soon as it arrived and worked hard to get it done quickly. Hopefully we'll never get another cracked windshield but if we do we would definitely come back here for replacement!
