I was charged $11 per energy drink. The cashier was in a location where I could not see because the sun was coming in through the window. No window covering. The cashier didn't offer to move to another cashier. Went in to complain. Manager said she couldn't do anything. She was very rude. When I got annoyed the other cashier was rude too. NEVER GO HERE.

I came to gas station today with 2 winning scratcher and was robbed of $10.One was $2 one $8 winner and lady young lady gipped me of $10 tall skinny working with young guy with tattooes Didn't provide me with a ticket or recipe.

Waited 20 min. to learn the machine cannot take payment, they should've posted a sign outside. Speaks volume on how the business is being run by the management.

I am leaving another review...owner needs to reach out and comp me a car wash due to prior review-where it was the worst was this last time...windshield washer water dirty...I am a forgiveness person...so if they comp me-and have clean windshield washing fluid-I will continue to use this neighborhood facility.

I went in yesterday to purchase something. When I went into the store I noticed a younger guy walking around without a mask. At the time of writing this we are in the surge portion of the pandemic and the store clearly states to enter you must wear a mask--there is actually an overabundance of signage. Ironically this guy turned out to be our cashier. I noticed he went behind his "safe and clean" shield to help another customer. When I was ready to check out, I got in line and started waiting for my turn. The guy continued to touch his face and nose and then handle the customer's items--this isn't okay at anytime regardless of a pandemic. Then as I was waiting another staff member walked past me and she had her mask below her chin. Loop "Neighborhood" Market clearly doesn't care for their neighborhood.I turned and walked out, never making a purchase. I've written to their head office in hopes for a reply.

Terrible. Terrible terrible.I asked for $20 in gas. Had to see the attendantPost it on pump stating thus. I pumped $20.69. I went in to pay the balance, only to find I was charged Apple Pay $40. I asked for a refund for the balance, the manager Mary refused stating it would be return automatically. Of course it wasn’t. I returned again today. Mary the manager avoided me, I waited 30 minutes. I left frustrated and not helped. Another customer was having cash payment issue he paid with $100 bill manager insisted it was a $20 and refused to return his cash.There is differently a scam going on. Be careful!!!

This place is horrible. They're always in a bad mood and they close whenever they feel is convenient for them. They take off for 2 or 3 or 5 hours and they just close. Its the only gas station where I live that is 24 hours. But it's not really because theyre never open past 11. I don't understand. Maybe it's the fact they need to pay employees more or the person just hates their job. If they do they should quit. There are so many who would love to have a job.
