These guys installed a custom transmission on my 2018 dodge ram Cummins truck. Did a great job! I have never had any trouble with it. They were quick and communicated well with me through the whole procedure. I will be using them again. Very reasonable price for how complicated the procedure was.

I am not recommend to you guy to bring your car here. I have a TOYOTA Tacoma truck has seat bell engine light on. I bring my car here to fix and he charged me total $300,00 part + labor. After 2 months the light come back with the same message. I bring my car back to fix and he told me he is not warranty for this issue after 2 months. Also, if you let him fix your car make sure ask him invoice with typing and print out ( and not a copy from his handwriting ) In my case ,he gave me a duplicate invoice and I can not read any word that tell what he has done with my car. My mistake was didn't read the invoice when I bring it home.This is the way that he cheating the Vietnamese poeple.

be aware. when you take your car here for quote., super inflated quote price for labor and car parts i was quoted 5 times the amount. Not a good place to go

I brought my car 2011 328i BMW. to the shop for clean and resets I need him to clear and resets the service indicated light . Because I don't have the tools to do it. And he told me to leave the my there for a few hours. So I asked him how much he said $120 I said okay. He give a written memo. And I told him making sure it's clear and turns off all the service lights. I came to pick up my car the problem wasn't fix. The scumbag is a liars lousy mechanics doesn't know how to fix the problems.

I paid $350 for them to hold my car for 7 hours (10am to 5pm), no work done. Within that 7 hours, he told me my brake pads needed to be replaced. I showed up before they told me it was done, and witness my pads still had more than 50% life left. On top of that. They told me the wait was due to them ordering the wrong brake parts. After realizing no repair was necessary, despite telling brake were needed, he passed me the $350 invoice. I literally paid $350 for them to "diagnosis" a non existent problem, just to tell me there isn't a problem. The process to checking brake pads is not worth 350. U do not even need to take off the calipers to see it the brake pads. What a trip! I obviously got a second opinion that contradicted Long's diagnosis. Appeared to be a nice guy at the first impression. Seemed warm when talking with him. Long story short, I got robbed. The worst part is the waste of time arranging a pick up and drop off while at work... all for nothing. This was the first and last time any of vechicle will be brought here. In the event that the owner attempts to contact me, with bribe to change my 100% factually testimony (common yelp trend), I'll update this narrative to reflect the conversation. I'm not looking for compensation or revenge. I simple am stating my experience with this service provider as yelp intended costumers to do.

I called before I drove to this business to ask if I could bring my car to have a battery changed and was told yes they could do it. This place was recommended by a tow truck company who jumped started my car. When I arrived at Long's he confirmed the battery was dead then told me to go have the work done at O'Reilly's. When I asked why, he repeated myself, yelling at me to just go to O'Reilly's for the service. Of course O'Reilly's could not help me and I made this trip for nothing.

Long super auto has incredible integrity with his work. I had brought my car to him with an unknown and tricky problem. He did his best but ended up needing dealer tools to continue the work. I released it to the dealer since they already had it and he waived reimbursed me for the diagnostic and very sorry even tho he did nothing wrong. I only had to pay for the tow to the dealer. I will be coming back in the future and you should too.Services: Engine repair
