Exceptional Customer Service! I recently purchased a stunning couch from Living Spaces, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the first day I walked in, Amrisha was amazing and attentive to helping me out and when I came back a week later, Jay provided top-notch assistance, guiding me through the purchase with expertise and genuine care. Kudos to those two, can't wait to receive the couch next week.

Customer service is great when you're trying to purchase an item :) everyone wants to help you. However; when you receive damaged merchandise deliver they make it difficult. You have 7 days to return purchased items. We didn't know this so we came on the 6th day into the store as advised by the customer service department. There was only one staff in the customer service department who knew how to process returns therefore we waited more than an hour for someone to help us since that individual was helping another customer with his home delivery. I wouldn't buy from here again. First and last time.

The customer experience from the #livingspace in #fremont has been a complete letdown. I gave them all the dimensions, but they still couldn't deliver what was promised. And now, they're charging me for everything. Total warranty claim trap! #disappointed #customerservicefail

It's like build a bear for adults! My fiancé and I were shopping for a couch and Jay helped us select a couch with the right fabric that would fit our lifestyle with our 4 large dogs. The whole process took less than an hour and we left feeling like we understood everything we were paying for. Overall a wonderful experience!

I've never been mistreated so much in my life like how my family has been treated by living spaces. We have spent over $12,000 (about 4 items) attempting to find what's most fitting for our growing family. We mistakenly bought a couch without extended care which was our fault, but less than 6 months in and the couch is already caving in uneven. Within 2 months, we had bought a mattress frame in which again we mistakenly bought without extended care. We knew what we were getting at this point. Due to a newborn we just had, the decision was made to purchase a lower bed frame to fit our bassinet. We walked into the store, approximately a month ago, and was helped by a rep. We found a mattress frame that worked best for us and we were told by the rep that we should order the item online for a faster delivery. We were told that if it didn't fit our room, we can always return/exchange the item in 7 days. We trusted him and we spent $2,200 on it. The mattress frame arrived yesterday 03/27/2024 and we realized it was too big for us. Today, 03/28/2024 we walked into the store, spent 2 hours with a rep who showed us what we can exchange our item for, and we went to the customer service station. This is where we found out our item was a "special order" and that we were out of our money. We called customer service and talked to Sarah, Megan, and ultimately Paul, who all stated the same thing, We asked for Paul's last name to file a formal complaint against and he stated he did not need to give us that information and that he would have someone call in a couple of days. Again, nothing was explained to us about the "special order" and the way we were treated in store about this issue is concerning. We are not new customers and combined have spent well over the 12k over the years. This will be the last time we purchase anything from here and we have been completely disrespected.

Don't purchase from Living Spaces. They sell you furniture with missing screws and refuse to return it even when customer service tells you to return it within 30 days. The lift doesn't know what the right is doing. The "manager" at the Oakridge location is horrible and doesn't even read the information on the account to understand. I will tell everyone to not purchase there.

Christian provided amazing customer services. I was a bit worried since this location had low reviews, but throughout the process, he was very respectful, he helped us find furniture within our budget, answered all our questions and was very professional! When we go back to this location, will definitely ask for Christian to help us again! Christian you are the best! Made our first trip to living spaces worth it!

The team at living Spaces made purchasing a sectional and a bed the easiest experience I have ever had. They were thoughtful and incredibly helpful...helping me design both spaces within just a matter of hours. I really can't speak highly enough of this location, what it offers and the knowledge and attentiveness of the team. And Daniela, the designer, was simply fantastic.

Purchased a love seat for my elderly mother and the cushion sank after 2 weeks. I attempted to file a claim and they stated they don’t cover it after the sales lady told me they cover everything for the first year.They will say anything to make a sale.As you can see in the pictures how the cushion sank after two weeks! Unbelievable.Over priced junk in my honest opinion and refusing to cover it.They deserve ZERO stars.The response from this company was pathetic and frankly insulting but that’s what you get from a low end company that refuses to stand behind the products they are pushing. I regret ever walking into this location.

“Care-free protection” is a scam. There are so many exceptions, just about every claim is likely to be denied, just like mine was... Their furniture also much cheaper than it looks. I bought a bed frame and it cracked with a very slight movement. The drawers on our chest no longer slide in / out evenly after 1 month. We’ve had much better furniture fortune with (unfortunately pricey) places like Bassett.

If there was a negative star I would give them. Bought four counter stool type of chairs and when they delivered them one of the chairs had a missing piece (bar that joins the legs). It’s been two months and we haven’t received the missing piece. Customer service to told us to go to store and exchange the chair or the missing part but store people were blaming the delivery service and unwilling to help us. They not only wasted our time and money but also had the audacity to say that we should buy another chair for the missing piece. Think twice before you buy from them and if you do, hope that there will be no problem because they will not help you resolve it. Their customer service is a nightmare. Save yourself from potential trouble and buy from Amazon
