The staff at Live Oak Senior Adult Day Center is caring and compassionate. They have a wonderful program to keep seniors who need 'day care' active and engaged. My mom loved going and looked forward to it daily.

My father had a severe stroke 18 months ago. When he was released from the hospital/rehab we decided to bring him into our home rather than place him in a (much) assisted living facility. We signed him up for Live Oak and he has dramatically improved over the past 10 months!!! He now has the capability to move to an independent living facility but why mess with success? The current events, mental challenges, music, art, and socialization have been wonderful. My father is very bright but easily bored, Live Oak manages to keep him engaged and getting closer to his normal self every day!!! LIve Oak has been a lifesaver for our family, many kudos and thanks to Ann, the director extraordinaire.

Live Oak Adult Day Services is a caring environment for adults with varying dementia or other diagnoses who need a safe place where they can experience stimulating activities to help them continue to engage in life. Staff here is very supportive and creative in providing varied activities to interest their clients. Also provided are regular support meetings for families of the clients. Different topics have included local services available and information on Alzheimers. My mother-in-law's doctor recommended she attend a program such as Live Oak Adult Day Services, and a friend highly recommended Live Oak's program. We are thrilled with the program and staff!

My mother has been attending Live Oak in Willow Glen for almost a year now. She was quite hesitant to go in the beginning. Now, she looks forward to it. She is well cared for and particularly enjoys interacting with the staff, who is solicitous of clients and great about communicating concerns and upcoming events. There are many activities but my mother's favorite is the art!

After resisting the thought of any day care services to start, my mother now won't miss a day at Live Oak. She looks forward to every day and loves everything about Live Oak (especially the staff).

CEO. Administration Only hires from her church. She Has let go many great employees in the past because not from the church. My Aunt has been confused because her attachment to a great staff member was taken away abruptly. Administration has Left centers understaffed and clients in jeopardy because of lack of supervision I witnessed my Aunt standing up and ready to fall because no one was in the room, staff was busy doing other things or socializing. Staff is not trained in safety!! I reported that to admin many times and nothing changed. My advice drop in check up your loved ones.
