We've used Little David several times for ant and wasp issues. They respond promptly, have always coached us on the causes and how to avoid in the future. Feels like they're more focused of genuinely helping than just $. I have no criticism at all. Fair, well run company.

I have not managed to reach those people. I sent them text messages, no response, I spent my expensive time to go to their website, find some kind of contact form, filled in all info - still no response. There is no even an emall address published at their contact page. The contact form does not have the attachment options, so I could not attach images. And this contact form does not work at all. I spent even more of my expensive time reaching them on the phone 2 times asking if they received my request for service via contact form - no, they have not..It should not work like that in the modern world. They force their potential clients to spend their expensive time on the primitive issues - just request the initial info about their services.I just went to some other company, and it took just 2 min to get all the full required info in written form (via yelp or text) and after reviewing it to schedule an appointment also via messaging, just 1 min spent.They definitely have to adjust their customer support processes. Currently it is old-fashioned, like it was 20years ago. The world has changed since then. People are busy and prefer to spend minimal time on such primitive issues. They lose lots of clients.

There is a problem at Little David Pest Control. I bought their service for a single 3-month period. They were here a few times in the first month of service; no call, text or email follow-up after that.To my shock and huge disgust, Little David Pest Control put another -- higher -- charge for another three months of service on my credit card two weeks ago -- without my knowledge or permission. I did Not order a recurring service -- and emphasized that clearly a couple of times to the guy who took my call. It was my first time using Little David Pest Control; I had no intention of getting stuck in automatic renewal because I had No experience with them. Putting an automatic, repeat service charge on my credit card without my knowledge or permission is Fraud.I wonder if this extremely unprofessional behavior is a byproduct of business during Covid ... Not OK. Pay them cash. Don't use your credit card!The technician, however, did his job well.

We heard a rat in the attic and contacted Little David and other rodent control services. Little David's pricing was better, and when Alex came out, he did not leave until he had found the entrance that the rat was using. With a few visits to check traps and close up the openings, we caught the rat and are now rat-free. Thank you, Alex!

I had a problem with a gopher(s) that was eating plants and creating a mess in the yard by creating dirt piles. I was very pleased with the responsiveness of Little David---on the first visit the technician recognized what we were dealing with and set up the mechanisms to get rid of the gopher. He returned on 3 more occasions to ensure that the gopher(s) was really gone. He also set traps for some squirrels that were burrowing under the foundation. I found Little David to be reasonably priced, very knowledgable, and very pleasant to do business with.

Little David pest control is great to work with. We had Francesco help us at our home, he's very knowledgeable and they follow up on the issues and they respond quickly to questions and additional requested inspections
