Over $4,000 loss from my account due to credit card skimming. I was told there is an active investigation on store and management. Management has knowledge and getting payouts for allowing skimmers. They send the info to new york and new jersey to wipe out funds from your account. It happened to me, you have been warned.

This location is by far the most convenient and they are stocked with Siracha for $6 for the large bottle. The parking lot isn't as congested as the sister stores which I am fond of because lets face it, plaza's can be a pain. I do see the employee's trying to keep up their due diligence to ensure bruised food is tossed out and keeping produce as fresh as possible.

I'm blown away by the exceptional service I receive at this grocery store. They go above and beyond to fulfill any special requests, from slicing deli meats to customizing gift baskets. The quality of their offerings is consistently excellent, and I appreciate their commitment to sourcing locally and organically. Plus, their prices are unbeatable. I leave every time feeling like I've gotten incredible value for my money.

My preferred choice for Asian groceries in San Jose is Lion Supermarket. Despite the closer proximity of a 99 Ranch at Oakridge mall, Lion offers better affordability and a more extensive range of Chinese and Vietnamese ingredients, including items like frozen minced lemongrass. I’m not quite sure why 99 Ranch doesn’t even offer the fresh lemongrass stalks when Whole Foods offers the staple produce. Moreover, Lion boasts a larger selection of kitchenware items and ramen noodles. While there may be cheaper Asian markets in SJ, they often fall short in terms of the freshness and assortment of their produce. Unfortunately, the three stars is because of the lingering seafood smell and lack of interior appeal. However, service is always fast and efficient even on busy weekends.

Good price for fruit and veges. However, This place need to check the food freshness before putting on the shelf. I bought kimchi box today expiration day is sep 27 2023. Today only Jun 05 2023. And I opened the box right after I unloaded my grocery just to find out this box smell like alcohol. (It goes ?bad).

Terrible service. Bought a lot of things. When checked out the cashier just scan the price and ask me scan credit card. No body is support customer for packaging. I need to pack myself and take care of my two year old son at the same time. There is a long queue and the cashier just stand and watch me doing that. I asked her to help and she just ignore it. Never come back. Shame on you as Chinese grocery store

This Lion's market is like any other market. You can find your local Asian necessities in this supermarket. There is nothing special to this place. However, it is a bit cleaner than some Lion's markets. I come here when I am near the area. The workers are helpful and will direct you to which aisle the product(s) you are looking for.

Rude AF. Called for price of crab. Lady says they don't give prices over the phone and hung up on me

The customer rep who answered the phone couldn't be bothered to check the produce section and tell me if the store has an item in stock. She literally hung up the phone on me.
