I have been coming here for more than 4 years and I couldn't be more pleased with the vets, techs, and service every single visit. Both of my dogs and both of my cats receive excellent care and advise over email anytime.

We were incredibly lucky to discover this clinic thanks to a friend's recommendation. From the moment we called to schedule our cats' first-ever vet appointment, the staff was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Naturally, we were anxious about bringing our 10-year-old cats to the vet for the first time, but the entire experience was fantastic.
The doctor prescribed a mild sedative to calm our cats, which made a world of difference. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and being okay with us arriving early due to our anxiety. They were patient, kind, and even started our appointment early. We were nervous about letting our cats out of their carriers, but the staff expertly handled them, creating a calm environment.
Dr. Nagel and his team were exceptional. He performed a thorough and efficient exam while explaining everything clearly and compassionately. We appreciated the whole team's patience in answering all our questions and providing guidance for our cats' overall health.
To our surprise, the bill was very reasonable. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend this vet clinic!

We have been using Lincoln Avenue Veterinary Clinicfor many years. Kind, caring and concerned are the first three words that come to mind while giving this review. Pricing is very fair, quality of care is excellent and the staff is very friendly.

I have been a fan of these guys for a few years. My dog cut his paw today and i didn't know how badly he was bleeding. Called saying I wanted to bring him in. Oh, sorry, fully booked. Don't have time to check him. So when I asked so you guys, if my dog has an emergency, you cannot handle that? "No, we are by appointment." Wow, good to know. I want you to know. IF you have an emergency with your pet (God Forbid), this is not the place to count on.

I took my cat in for an examination of a lump in his leg. It was most likely a fatty deposit but I was concerned. An intern overdosed my cat with an anesthetic and he died as a result. When I retrieved his ashes I noticed a whole shelf of similar containers of other deceased pets waiting to be picked up by their owners. I'll never forgive myself for not doing a better job of researching veterinary clinics.

I have been taking my pets to this vet for a year and a half, since I moved here from Ohio. The vets are great, compassionate and professional and kind. My cats had a visit last week and got all their shots caught up. I recently ordered a six pack of my dog's HW preventive, Symparica Trio and it arrived quickly. I highly recommend this vet as all their employees are lovely people, helpful and kind.
