Best fitness community in Almaden Valley and surrounding area. I have been a member for 6 years and it’s been amazing. New workout every day with cardio and strength training. Becky, the owner and coach, works with each individual on achieving their fitness goals, coaches you to do the correct movements, runs weight loss/ clean and lean challenges every 6 months, and has never missed a class, EVER! The community is positive, supportive, and keeps you coming back for more. If you are looking for a fitness community to increase your movability, confidence, and muscle tone try it out. You might just love it as much as me.

Lifesport Fitness is FANTASTIC and Becky is AMAZING! Becoming a member here has helped me commit to fitness as a lifestyle. Becky is extremely knowledgeable and over the course of my membership, I've come to trust her completely. One of the greatest values of personal training with Becky is getting coached to "re-balance" my body and strengthening areas around problem joints. Moreover, dynamic, customized work outs ensure monotony never sets in. It's been a wonderful experience and I strongly recommend it!

LifeSport fitness has helped me live a better and pain free life! I started in-person semi-private personal training 2 times a week with Becky Williamson about 3 years ago. At the time I was suffering from knee and neck pain, she helped me to get rid of the pain and since then she kept me fit and pain free. She plans a customize strength training program every 3 weeks focused on my needs and goals, also incorporates a short high Intensity Interval Training at the end so you can do your strength training and your cardio for the day in an hour. She went above and beyond to make me pain free, she has a vast knowledge of the basic kinesiology and keeps herself updated with new research and ideas in her field. In the mission to help me through my pain, she even called and worked with my physical therapist. At the start of the pandemic, it took her literally about a week to figure out how to move everything to virtual training and got us back in our routine very quick. She amazingly is author of two books with a very realistic perspective on fitness goals. If you want someone knowledgeable on your side to keep you healthy, strong and motivated, do not look elsewhere, she is the one.

I would not have made it through shelter in place without LifeSport Fitness! I have always been a fan but when our county locked down and gyms had to close, Becky and her team pivoted to zoom workouts within days. They took inventory of the equipment that I had at home and continued to write individualized workouts for me. I feel like the workouts and the knowledge and encouragement of Becky and her staff have helped me to stay healthy and calm during a very stressful time. I am forever grateful!

I have been a LifeSport Fitness member for 7+ years. What keeps me coming back is Becky Williamson and seeing results! I started attending her bootcamp workouts which helped me lose some pregnancy weight after having twins. She introduced me to HIIT...a 50 minute full body workout including warmup, and stretching at the end. The workouts are different every time which means your body is always using new muscles you didn't know existed! Currently I do in-person semi-private personal training. She writes a strength training program each month focused on my goals, including short cardio endurance work so you can earn an after-burn effect. She focuses on teaching you proper form which is critical to maximizing results. My core is strong and I have toned arms. I enjoy the workouts and the results. Becky is an incredible fitness partner- knowledgeable, personable, authentic. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I highly recommend LifeSport Fitness and Becky Williamson.

10 years and counting! I am a LifeSport Fitness Lifer! No better trainer and programs. I attend the Fit and Fab workout on Tues and Th mornings and love it! We have been virtual throughout the pandemic and the quality has not dropped... at all. Becky is a true expert on form and will support you in an excellent, appropriate, no injury workout!

If I could give LifeSport fitness more stars I would. I have worked out with Becky Williamson, the owner for years. She has done an amazing job working with me through several injuries. Her attention to your individualized needs and correct form makes her workout excellent for every level of fitness. Becky's strong knowledge base for body mechanics and safety allows me to pursue my fitness goals even through my injuries. Becky also builds a feeling of community with her clients. Prior to COVID, she offered free yoga, fundraising opportunities and hikes to name a few. I have been in both bootcamp and semi private lessons which she now offers virtual sessions with a bonus; access to all virtual classes which allows me to workout on my schedule if I need. Her workouts have kept me energize and strong throughout the pandemic. I highly recommend Lifesport fitness if you are looking to improve your health and fitness. Becky and her team will professionally and energetically motivate you to attain any fitness goal you have without any pressure.

If you would like a more personal training experience, this is the place to be. If you haven't been working out during this pandemic, this is the place to be. Becky and her team are exceptional and help keep you focused. I have been with Becky for over a decade. She has seen me go through many health battles and never gave up on me. I would certainly not be as strong nor committed to my work outs during this time if it wasn't for LSF. I need the accountability and appreciate a small work out environment that's highly personalized and surrounded by excellent trainers and great work out buddies. You can work out safely outdoors with LSF right now or zoom, you determine your comfort and LSF will be there for you. I look forward to keeping up my health with LSF partnering with me.

It is my very great pleasure to give Life Sport Fitness a full five star rating. I am grateful to have been recommended to this group and in particular to the teacher Becky Williamson. Becky is a Master of Science and published author of 6 Rules of Fitness For Life. Her knowledge of our bone and muscle structure provides us with a safe, thorough and beneficial workout. I am surely one of Becky's oldest students and, additionally I have had serious back surgery. In my semi-private, once-weekly schedule Becky carefully tailors my workout to accommodate my specific needs. The semi-private work-out changes monthly so it remains interesting. All the elements of exercise are incorporated into our individual plans such as Pilates, cardio and muscle building. At the end of each session my body says "Thank you!" Mid-week students are able to log on to a down-loaded workout and exercise at home. LifeSportfitness offers a variety of work-out programs. You will be sure to find a program that suits your time and pocketbook as I did. During this Covid time our small group of four meets on the outdoor patio where we are provided with Covid-safe bands, weights, towels and disinfectant.

I used to do in person bootcamp at the gym and some work sponsored classes. But, since COVID, it made it impossible. I've been going LifeSportFitness for over 3months so far. It's been a great experience working out with Becky and her virtual group of women on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 am. I have also tried virtual workout with other trainers but they don't do the actual workout with you unlike Becky. Her class has a mix of amrap(as many rep as possible) workouts , resistance bands exercises, and high intensity cardio workout at your own pace. Becky's eyes are glued to the screen and correct your forms whenever you get out of line and most of all I love her upbeat and encouraging words walking us thru every step of the way. The best part is my body does not feel sore like I normally do after a bootcamp since Becky spend the last 5-10minutes on cool down to make sure those muscle that got worked are are stretched out at the end. Until economy is back to normal, I will definitely stick with Becky's virtual workout class. Her pricing is reasonable as well. She runs her business very professionally. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a fitness facility whose #1 focus is YOU, this is the place. Coach Becky has the educational pedigree and fitness experience to ensure you get the best and safest work out. Coach Becky gets to know EVERYONE of her clients to accommodate cranky knee, or shoulder, etc and provide a modification to the exercise if needed.

I started Boot Camp during Covid. It has been about three months now and I haven't felt this fit is years! I go three days a week and it is fun group of people. All shapes, ages and sizes and everyone is smiling and welcoming. Matt is really fun and has a great sense of humor throughout. The exercises provide a full body workout and I have seen inches fall off. I can honestly say that I still do not like getting there at 6am but I am completely addicted to it, so 6am it is! Once I am there, it is great, and I have a lot more energy throughout the day. If you are concerned about COVID, don't worry. They are really compliant with keeping all of us safe and healthy. This has been both a mental and a physical upside during this pandemic. Highly recommend!

In the nine months that I've been training under coach Becky, I've become stronger with increased endurance, power, and an elevated fitness level overall. I have to say that I've been amazed by these RESULTS. I tried another popular bootcamp in my south San Jose area about three years ago and although I was careful, I ended up aggravating old athletic injuries of my knee and neck to the point that I had to quit; it took six months to restore my knee so that I could jog and squat again. I was also left struggling to find alternative ways to increase my heart rate with impaired ability to do high impact exercises. Last fall, when a friend invited me to try a 'prep for the holidays six week challenge' with Lifesport, I was cautiously optimistic. Fast forward, July 2020 - I just finished Becky's 'transform 4 summer six week challenge' via virtual training, where I learned even more about eating right, hydration, rest, stress and its effect on us physically and more, plus ongoing workouts/boot camp. I experienced being able to bring my heart rate up in low impact fashion, having stronger habits of self care and a leaner body only a few pounds shy of my goal weight. I can also keep up better with my mountain biking husband! Even more importantly to me, I've gained a deeper understanding of total health. I'm feeling healthy inside and out. Lifesport is currently offering free workout trials - virtual and in person (in person within county allowances). And of course, virtual means that you can try Lifesport, no matter where you live. If you want to receive training from someone who can expertly and safely lead you to achieving your fitness goals, I whole heartedly recommend you give Lifesport with coach Becky a trial today.
