Very disappointing We go to Tax magic every year to file for pur tax refund. Always had good experience but this year was just not it. We filed February 4th which our paper work should have been processed right away. We have been waiting for a month now for our return and still have no information on when we will get it when we check where's my refund. We finally called and to our surprise they didn't even process it yet and had the nerve to lie saying yeah its looking good when this whole time they didn't send it out to get processed now we have to wait even longer for our return. We just wanted a simple question answered and we just keep getting the run around and lied too. It's simple be honest with your clients. The excuse was it was lost in the system somewhere which I highly doubt that they just didn't want to admit to their mistake of not sending it out when they should have right away. If you want your tax refund on time I suggest you don't go to Tax Magic.

Mary and the team is simply the best. She went above and beyond for me, making my life so much easy. She didn't even charge me to help with my case. Gotta love the folks at this tax service. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs help with taxes.

What a great find in San Jose! Tax Magic set me up with Mary Ramos and she knocked out my taxes in a matter of hours. Super helpful, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Also pleasantly surprised at how affordable they are. I had my taxes prepared and filed In less than a day. I am anticipating my refund in a week or so. Will definitely go back to Mary next year.
