I have been a customer since 2016. Nemish and his team are great. Nemish is my go to person for taxes and he is very easy to talk to. He actually makes me enjoy doing my taxes because I get to talk to him. Nemish is personable and remembers details about his clients’ life.

My husband and I needed someone to help us to file separately due to my IBR student loan payments. It has been really difficult in past years because the tax preparers either don't know what to do, or they don't want to take on the work. Jackie was super welcoming, and Nimesh made our experience quick and easy. It's wonderful to find someone so knowledgeable and willing to help us out. I never give reviews, but they absolutely deserve 5 stars!

I have come here a total of 4 times to file taxes for seniors. Nimesh and staff are very friendly and professional. If you need help filing taxes, I highly recommend coming here. Parking is limited but I've never had a problem finding a spot to park.

It was a pleasure working with Nimesh and his team on my taxes. I have both business and personal taxes and things are a bit complicated, but he was very thorough and the liberty tax app and website portal made it easy to upload all my documents. This location is fast if you need to get your taxes done quickly. They are flexible to do online or in-person visits.

At the Bascom Ave office in San Jose, Nimesh prepared our taxes. He got us a larger refund than we were expecting, and he explained everything clearly. Nimesh was also quite affable and remembered my husband's mother from several years back and asked how she was doing. He was 100% LGBTQ+ friendly. I highly recommend him.

I had been filing my taxes with TurboTax for the longest time and seeing minimal returns. Liberty Tax will be the only place I’ll be going from now on. These guys are the real deal and as transparent as it comes.
