Update to my review here. I have purchased 15 cars from LSC. There is no better dealership than this. I can say that with confidence as I worked there for 14 years.
Herman Samaniego has always been my Sales professional. We decided on a model, a color and Herman walked us through the process and then delivered the car to our house! I highly recommend Lexus of Stevens Creek and Especially Herman. Give him a call right away if you are looking for a new or pre-owned car.

The other two customers signed contracts with the cars I chose, so I missed out on those two cars, but Rudy & SC Lexus helped me all the way, and now I am using the Audi Q5 he chose for me very well and I am very satisfied.
I learned again that network is important.

After test drive tons of car at Autopark Mall on Saturday, I decided on The Tesla Model Y. However the persistent followup by the Internet sales coordinator, Dorothy Tran, I decided to give Lexus a try again. Dorothy was hustling with her sales manager to give me the best deals on the car I wanted so we work out a reasonable OTD priced. I settled with the 2025 NX350h AWD Premium Atomic Silver in palomino. My first option was Cloudburst Gray in palomino but I’m so glad it wasn't available bc the Atomic Silver really compliments the 20” alloy wheels. While behide the scene, my sales agent, Huy Nguyen went to have my car pick up from Concord. We worked out a timeline, I came in and Huy took care the rest for me. He is super easy to talk to, very professional, has great sense of humor and pleasant to work with. I really liked that he wasn’t pushy in selling options that wasnt suited for me. He is transparent with everything. He only sold me what i needed and that makes this whole experience so chill. So guys if you are thinking for your next Lexus which is a very very reliable luxury car, reach out to Dorothy and Huy. Dun forget to ask for some nice Lexus gifts, he will hook you up. This is my 2nd Lexus. I will be a returning customer. Thank you so much Huy. You are the best. I m enjoying my new ride.

I was looking at a 2024 Lexus RX500h but I wanted red interior. I live in SoCal and found the car in transit with Stevens Creek. I reached out to them and was connected with Carlos Toscano. We spent a few days communicating back and forth and the car arrived at the dealer. I flew up to San Jose and Carlos was kind enough to pick me up and take me to the dealer. Keep in mind that even though I travelled there to check the car it was not a done deal simply because I went up there. Carlos took me on a test drive. Went over the features between the 500h and other models. I was sold on it. I ended up purchasing along with a few of the packages they offered at a very reasonable deal. My expertise at Stevens Creek was excellent. Highly recommend Carlos. Very nice, professional and an excellent listener. His communication with me was excellent during the upcoming days waiting for the car to arrive as well as through the buying process. The dealership is huge and very nice.

Steven Zhang was extremely helpful, providing excellent customer service and delivering a strong sales performance. When he found a nail in the tire of the car we wanted, he immediately offered to deliver the car to our home after fixing it. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, from signing the paperwork to delivering the car to our door. He is very responsible, and we definitely recommend him 110%!!

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I must admit, I was quite nervous. I was just walking down the street looking for any car dealerships and the Lexus on Steven’s Creek caught my eye. I met Claire Johl and we talked through several different types of cars. Claire was absolutely fantastic as she explained all my questions in honest and helpful detail. Long story short, I ended up finding a car that gave me peace of mind as well as fit within my budget perfectly. I could not recommend a better salesperson than Claire and will absolutely be recommending her to everyone I know in the market for a new vehicle! Overall 10/10 experience! Could not have been better!!

I had the pleasure of working with Gary (Sales) and Robert (Finance) on buying a brand new RX 350h. I was surprised at how fast and pleasant the whole experience was. Gary wasn't too pushy and was very transparent during the whole process. Robert was accommodating and I appreciated that he wasn't aggressive in upselling things we didn't want. We went in the dealership and came out with a brand new car and traded-in my CT200h in about 2 hours. I highly recommend them!
