Absolutely horrendous company. They don't honor their warranty in the least. They stated they would provide a refund 2.5 months ago and all you hear is lie after lie when you follow up. Their current lie is that they are having trouble sending payments through PayPal. Heck, even PayPal told me that Lexar is lying through their teeth when I asked PayPal to check my account to ensure it's functioning properly. Stay away from this company. There is zero guarantee with their products and every product I've ever purchased from them no longer works.

Micro SD card failed, contacted customer service and they required a receipt for their RMA policy. No longer had receipt so couldn’t warranty the card. Other sd card manufactures don’t require receipts for their lifetime warranty. Won’t be purchasing Lexar products in the future. Very disappointed!

A Year of NIGHTMARES from a LEXAR Card Reader!2 BRICKED Cameras, 2 CORRUPTED SD Cards,and a YEAR of DOWNTIME because of A LEXAR Card Reader.4/19B&H Photo returned the $24 for the Lexar Multicard Reader that Lexar can’t or unable to Honor their warrantyLEXAR sent me a letter (displayed below) stating that they are currently unable to repair, replace or refund any goods under warranty because of unforeseen circumstances in their supply chain and legal restrictions.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LEXAR! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!THEY CANNOT REPLACE THE 2 CORRUPTED SD CARDS SHOWN THAT ARE UNDER WARRANTY.
