I actually had work done there about 8 months ago, replaced a front dif and now returning to get an engine replaced, hope all goes as well as the 1st time

Came here with new problems my car started up with, and didnt know what I was in for, everyone at this shop was so patient and understanding. As a woman I get nervous with mechanics and here everything was explained to me, the costs were very fair. Im really grateful I stumbled upon this shop and want to bring my cars here again in the future, thankyou for getting my car back on the road!!

Took my Dodge durango up here because I was having transmission problems. Now the guy Jim I spoke with was very friendly. Informed me of what was happening. Told me my only option was a new transmission. Or transmission rebuild.
I truly did not want to spend $7895.85 However, they warranty their product and their work one year or twelve thousand miles.
Cool, so we struggle to find the money. We get the money and make the payment. We get our car back a little less than a month later. I go to pick up my car after final payment and here's my floor board! It did not look like this when it came to them. The carpet was not pulled back. The glove box was not ripped off and laying in the floorboard. You would think after paying almost eight thousand dollars, they would at least put everything back the way it goes properly. That's what makes me upset, and that's what leaves this review. I paid them almost as much as I paid for the entire vehicle, and they can't be bothered to put a glove box back in its proper position versus leaving it on my floor........ The owner finally reached back out to me and attempted to make things right. I can say that the owner has then very cordial on the phone. Each time that i've spoken with him and apologized for his employees and their lack of attention to detail when it comes to my vehicle. He also emailed me a warranty for their work. One year twelve thousand miles. Though he reached out my opinion still stands that I would not take another vehicle to this company and I would be very careful in the future of anybody who goes to this company. Get your quote in writing prior to taking your vehicle up there. Take pictures prior to you taking your vehicle up there. And once your vehicle is returned to, you go over every inch of the vehicle to make sure the job is done properly.

The team here are absolutely great! They are highly knowledgeable, honest, and very nice as well. I brought my car in for an inspection for the transmission (which they do for free btw) and Jim gave me a great in depth analysis, with genuine advice and an honest price for work he's experienced in! Highly recommend!

After taking our Jag to Wheel Works for an oil change and a lifetime alignment, I had to take it to Leale's because of the incompetence of the service adviser at Wheel Works.
When there is an issue with a vehicle, the advisor is supposed to point it out. Every time I would ask, he would mumble something and walk away. So, instead of dealing with incompetence, I sought out a better option. Leale's was within walking distance and was able to get the car in quickly. Little did I know the true issues with the car.
When I purchased this car, I bought an extended warranty through CarMax, and I am so glad now. The car had a lot of "little" issues that turned out to be expensive issues because it is a Jag, and the warranty requires Jag parts.
Jim and Tyler were both fantastic. Jim spearheaded the conversations with the car warranty company, and he got more than 80% of the repairs covered. While it took longer than I would have liked, that is another issue with owning a Jag.
So, let me say it this way. If you have an issue with your car, regardless of the make or model, call these guys. They are phenomenal, and they will take good care of you. We are now customers for life.

Professional bunch ? although their estimate was more than the car is worth they were honest and helped me make a difficult decision. Parking is tight at their location so call ahead.

We needed to have the transmission in our RV serviced, and several people we contacted said "we don't do RVs" ... including AAMCO in Milpitas. It's a twenty-year old machine, and it felt like the transmission was going to drop out if you accelerated too fast under load. The guys at Leale's Transmissions took care of the car, test drove it. and greatly improved the performance at a very reasonable cost. Nothing but good things to say about the team!

My Lexus' transmission was acting up, and I knew I must have it checked. I searched via YELP for a transmission shop in San Jose. Leale's popped up and I called them this morning. I talked to Jim and he asked me to bring the car in for checking. I brought my car to Jim's shop.I called back to check on status in the afternoon. He told me the car was reset to have the transmission back to normal. I was so happy for that. Jim is very friendly and professional providing great customer service. I really appreciated Jim for the excellent service. I highly recommend this shop.
