TRUSTWORTHY, FAST & PROFESSIONAL SERVICES July 2023.I recently needed to send money to my relatives in Huế. The money was received the next day. The fee was around 2%.Somehow this time I did not receive the hand written and signed receipt from LGTL. Although the received money was confirmed on the phone when I called, the staff helped send a copy to me as requested. The staff was very efficient in replying to my request. Such fast, friendly and professional services are rare nowadays.I will always drive 50 miles to San Jose for this cash only service. Thank you Lê Gởi Tiền Lẹ ??

The employees are nice and quick to help me with packaging. Took around 10 days for my packages to be delivered and I was notified by a text message with picture, which I think is pretty cool. Will def go back for their services Recommend!!

My wife and I were looking for a place to ship some things back to Vietnam for our family. The day was 1/25/23, we usually go to a different place but it was closed still for Vietnamese New Year. We then saw this place and decided to try it. As we asked the person in front how long it will take, they said 1-2 weeks. We then shipped our items and it was pretty pricey but we decided to ship it because we didn't want to lug all the items to another location. It ended up being $300. After 3 weeks our family still haven't received the items so we went there to talk to them. They said it was stuck in transit because of a strike over wages in Vietnam and that shippers can't receive the items. They didn't know how much longer it would be. The shipment was finally delivered over 5 weeks later. We are starting to hear from people that they might have shipped it via boat that's why it took so long. I don't know but this will be the last time we'll use them. Everyone else is 2 weeks or less.

Be aware of this place do not do business here . I booked the tickets here to travel to Vietnam for my family. My Dad miss the flight and it was our fault,but then I talked to Eva at the airport and they said I must tell the travel agent booked the ticket for my dad have to confirm again so my dad ticket won't be cancel when my dad get back to the US . I texted her ( lan is the agent at Letravel) to confirm my dad ticket so that way my dad's ticket won't be canceled. She texted me back she Will confirm and then couple days later I called her again and talked to her again and she said she will do it . Then when we go to the Airport to get back to the US and My Dad ticket already canceled so he has to stay behind in Vietnam because of her . And when I called her to tell her about the problem she said it wasn't her fault it is Eva fault. What I mean here the way they run the business is so unresponsive. They took your money and they don't care anything . When you needed help they just ignore it . I bought the oil (du xanh ) there and my mom said they are fake They deserve No stars and they shouldn't be in the business and fool people like that
