i have contacted walt form Larrabee & associates to help me design and get permit for my manufactured ADU in san josewalt was so helpful i cannot even describe in words , for me , a software engineer that has less then zero knowledge in construction , he walk me through the process in simple words and took the edge from the process , he also , free of charge inspected the drawings i received form the manufacturer of the ADU , reviewed them and gave me the green line to submithe was very helpful in any question i had regarding technical terms of the process , aill this out of his good heard without any agenda to get me to work with him and without any payi just thought that sometime we should put the word and someone does a good deed with the pure intention of helping

Following up the inspection, I decided to do the foundation repair first. The repair is handled by the Service Department. The lead manager Eddie is extremely helpful. He answered to my long list of questions in great details with much patience, very clearly. And I had multiple round of questions regarding the scope of work, timing, effort, etc. We also chatted over the phone and he provided lots of useful information. Finally we have confirmed the details of the work, and it was done by several experienced workers within one day as previously estimated. He provided the pictures of the work and things were kept clean and tidy. So I'd highly recommend both their inspection and repair service!

I was preparing a bid on a house and had some concerns in the disclosures about water intrusion in the crawlspace. I had Brian Larrabee visit the next morning and do a site survey, and explain to me what the issues were with the foundation and water issues, and what would be necessary to fix them. He did a thorough inspection and then explained that the issues were less severe than they seemed, and gave an idea for what it would cost to do proper repairs. Unfortunately, I didn't win the bidding on the house, but if I had, I would surely have had Brian and his team do the repairs. Thanks again.

Brian came to our place and I loved how honest he was. He was extremely professional and told us that we had nothing to worry about and everything was good, whereas one other foundation company had told us we gotta get something fixed. Loved it.
