Had a smooth self check-in process on the tablet. Had a smooth process with at the reception as well. The drawing of blood was done in a professional manner.

Very quick, professional service. The phlebotomist did a good job. It was painless ?. Most importantly the lab opens on Saturday !

They lock their doors at least ten minutes before they close! I needed a blood test that required me to have a blood drawing before 9:00 AM and it had to be done in a week. The only way to schedule is on their website and they had no appointments before 9:00 am for that entire week anywhere in the Vay Area! I’ve tried to go without any appointment and it’s a waste of time since I was there waiting for over four hours to get my blood drawn! For some odd reason, my doctor only likes me to have blood tests at LabCorp. I really don’t think Quest is any better since neither has someone at the front desk to handle these issues.

I went there recently with an appointment. I showed up on time to find that both of the automated check-in machines were off. There were 6 people in line waiting to check in. After 15 minutes I had moved 2 or 3 spots. A patient in the room was already 45 minutes behind for their appointment. I ended up leaving, driving to the Almaden LabCorp, and being seen without an appointment within 10 minutes.

Woman was so rough my arm started bruising. It now hurts to extend my arm as well as bend it, hopefully she didn't cause any serious damage.

Excellent care and an easy stick today from Nikki! I liked the tablet login and ability to wait outside.

I had a 9:15am appointment. Arrived at 9am and there were lots of patients in the waiting room. I got worried but was called at 9:15am on time. You should definitely make an appointment before going, especially in the morning. My experience was very good, and the staff were nice and professional.

This is a good team at this specific location, or at least when I was there the few times. Laurie and Katlyn have been of tremendous help as well as some other woman who was able to figure out something important. Laurie is one of the sweetest and understanding people. Thank you all.

Horrible experience at the front desk and app. I arrived at 10:20 for my 10:30 appointment and checked in via labcorp app, and saw the screen that says we will message you when we are ready to see you. Around 10:33 i went inside wondering what is happening, until then, we were waiting outside and it was super crowded. When I went in they told me to check in at the kiosk. Still nothing happened. Around 10:39 I started talking to the lady at the front desk, she told me there are 19 people ahead of me, I can go home if I want because they wont see us any time soon. Then I told her I checked in on the app at 10:20 for a 10:30 appt, how is this possible. She answered me "That's your problem ma'am, not mine, I dont care". Then I put my politeness aside and started arguing with them, and then they saw us within minutes. I dont mind the wait time, but i do mind the "thats your problem" attitude very very much when it is their online and in person systems that are not functional.

Long waiting lines even at 7am. Things move slow. Not very good if you are in a hurry.

Incredibly rude reception. The self check in machines also do not work properly.

Poor management in their front office! I did not have appointment and she kept pushing me behind people with appointments even when they came in later than me. I told them that I have a doctor's appointment and need to leave on time and still they did not care. Then she told me that you are going to be next and she still got another person! When I confronted her she said our policy is to see the people with appointment first and I do not want to argue with you! I told her you should have told me in the beginning. That pulled the plug on me and I just left! They seem not to care or want to work hard! Poor customer service specially if you do not have appointments! Being in health care myself, I will never go back to them again.

Brought our 2 month old in for a blood draw, we were told by our pediatrician they often see children at this location. We will not be returning because we felt so uncomfortable and unsafe watching two technicians attempt to figure out how they were going to draw blood from our baby. Both of them questioned each others approach and questioned even another tech passing by on what they should do, they weren’t sure how or where to take the blood from and the whole while this was going on, we are watching our daughter’s arm turning blue/purple from the tie they let sit there while they were so obviously unsure of what to do. I am grateful we chose to leave and not have the blood drawn as we were not going to allow our baby to be a practice exercise. Also, when we questioned the technician how often they see infants, they answered with and I’ll quote, “Not very often, we mostly see newborns and toddlers.” This did not help to instill our confidence in them and so we left and will need to figure out another solution to get this lab work done.

My appointment was at 12:45 and i was sitting with the phlobotomist, Jovita, at 12:50. I was out of there by 12:55. Lots of people were waiting...i talked to some and they were walk ins without appointments. One lady had been waiting for over an hour. Seems two locations are temporarily shut so samaritan was getting bombed with drop ins...
