Made an appointment, I was in and out in 5 mins. Not sure of the spelling of her name but “Huey” was great and one of the more painless pokes I’ve had getting blood drawn. Front desk staff was nice too.

Don't bother making an appointment ahead of time - you'll need to wait in a crowded reception room for 30-45 minutes regardless.

Not only did I wait two hours, but they did not send my results!! I paid $80 and they're impossible to get a hold of.

The attitude of the receptionist is terrible. Unfriendly, uncaring, unwilling to help. Very poor experience.

I visited this place on 9/29/2023. Went there at about 8:30 am. Only 3 people ahead of me. I was able to register via their machine quickly due to that they already have my record. The wait time was about 5 mins. The lady, Anahid, called my name to process my documents and she found out that I have to standing orders for blood work from two doctors. She spent sometime to sort out the overlaps and consolidated two orders to a shorter list. She then took the blood samples. I would also like to comment on how smooth the process it is. I even couldn't feel when the needle was there. I understand that this place can be very busy later in the day and people are less patient. However, I gave this place 5 stars due to the great experience today.

The receptionist was good and the place was overall clean. Just one suggestion, if there is a better way of collecting the urine samples instead of everyone keeping their samples in the same tray, that would be great. Also, some kind of freshener in the restrooms will also be helpful. Being pregnant, the smell was too strong for me. ?

I had an appointment at 11 and they asked to arrive before 15 minutes so I did. While I was waiting in the parking lot they call me and they said they have to cancel my appointment because they have to cook close early ?. They could have called me earlier.

I can't believe all these negative reviews. The thing is that make sure you have an appointment. They do accept walkings, but priority is with appointments. There is no estimated time how long you should wait as a walking. I used e-checked 30 mintunes before my appointment. I was called in 15 mins prior to my appointment. Everything was smooth and they did a great job. Thank you!

I was in and out in 15 minutes. Easy check in. I did come early though. Provided my order for lab work. Blood draw was painless. And then I was on my way to watch her.

I've come to this location twice now and enjoyed my experience. I've once gone with an appointment and most recently without. I showed up right when they opened at 7 without an appointment and was out within 20 minutes. There was no wait. If you don't have an appointment, I highly recommend coming right when they open! I'm someone who's prone to feeling faint after getting blood work done and they always make sure to lay me down while they take the samples and have me relax a little bit before leaving. Overall I like this location a lot!

Walked in on a Monday 11am for simple blooodwork. I’ve been here for an hour and 30 minutes now and still waiting. The workers are nice and do their job but labcorp is general is horrible. There are 15 people waiting and they are understaffed. They can and should definitely be paying for more staff but choose not to. This is healthcare at its worst.

Really bad location. Avoid if you can. No regard for appointment times. Always a wait of 45 mins to an hour. They are severely understaffed as only one person does the reception and lab work at any given time. There is no sense of urgency shown. If you must come to this location, then plan for at least an hour and half. Also their email system is broken at times so make sure you print your lab order.

This location is awful. One person working while 3 appointments backed up waiting over an hour. 5 walk ins also waiting and not a single acknowledgement or update for all who were waiting. Then, after waiting an hour past appointment time, they have no record of tests to be performed even though the doctors office confirmed it was sent over. Lab tech then just stands there with blank look, zero customer service.

First thing, DO NOT COME IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. It is located in the samaritan complex on third floor with no signs anywhere. Go all the way back and enter through any door. Go to 3 floor and then turn left. You can see people waiting outside. Get inside and check in with your DL, even though you have an appointment. Then wait for your name to be called. I have waited 2 hours after check in and it is so frustrating. I went around 7:50 and came out by 10. So, please plan accordingly. The ladies at the front are doing their best it is just the procedure they are following. If manager sees this, please change how you are handling check ins or else hire more people.
