I had one of the worst experiences ever, i had visited san jose Labcorp twice now. They have really poor service and the reception people did not want to even talk . I had an appointment at 4 and the receptionist just handed a card mentioning the drug will be done only 8-3.30. This is second time and i have been full bladder both the times. They were super unprofessional.

Don’t come here if you need STAT labs. Second time trying to do STAT here. First time results were ready only the next day which is their normal turnaround time for these tests, clearly not STAT. Now it’s been more than 24 hours and still not ready despite it being STAT. What a joke. I also never get results of labs taken at this location in my portal. A few days ago I got an email that they finally released results of tests done 1(!) year ago. Results that neither me nor my provider got back then and had to redo with another lab. They didn’t forget to charge my insurance for them in time though. What a joke.
The only star is for their phlebotomist that always has to correct their receptionist errors and help people with self check in.

I made my appointment a week in advance cuz they were booked until then. I have no idea why. This facility is right next to a completely different medical facility with the exact same suite I was supposed to go to. When I got called, I teied asking them questions and they clearly didn't understand English well and THEY HUNG UP ON ME! I was not rude! Just confused on what was happening. Finally figured it out and they were closed, haha. I should have looked at the the reviews beforehand. Never had this much trouble before. Terrible terrible customer service. Not recommended. It's close by? Go somewhere else.

I came like 732 am for a walk in, sat there like 10 min until someone called me and toled me , walk in needs to come after 8am, i have to check in again and i was told to stay outside in the lobby, looking like there was only 3 people in the room, I not

Worst place to come. We came with my 5 month kid for my wife drug test for a job. She checked in (walk in) at 9 AM, while I was waiting with baby in parking lot. They said they will call after two person.
At 10, we got a text from Labcorp notifying us that technician is almost ready. My wife waited for almost another hour till ~11AM , before going to counter.
At that time, they are rudely stating you can come back another time with an appointment. On saying, we have 5 month old kid and he is cranky. and we waited for almost 2 hrs. She started commenting to her on personal front as you can’t not take up a job, if you can’t wait for 4-5 hrs.
This was really frustrating, and I went ahead to counter to understand what’s happening. After a unnecessary heated conversation, they finally gave us our slot.
Inside lab area, they were taunting my wife to not take up job while taking up test. Based on comments overheard by my wife during sample collection , It seemed they were just intentionally delaying it.
Very Rude, Unprofessional and Unethical.

Terrible wait times for walk-ins, with no effort to address the customer in the one plus hour it took.
The front seat lady this morning also had an attitude when asked about wait times, terrible customer service.

Hello,Google needs to add a negative star reviews for bad encounters of business. This place is beyond bad, first they did not let me drug test over a simple mistake, people are looking for jobs left and right and these people reject others over nothing. Then they give the excuse of following the rules and using the system against you. When it comes to their own people however, they are fast to help them but when it comes to others, they make you wait and waste your time and ultimately reject or give you the runaround. The people who work there think they own the business and even confronted me as if wanting to fight. They are one day going to run into the wrong person and play victim like they always do to use the system against you. Such a stupid game. I literally almost felt discriminated against and filed a complaint to corporate. Avoid this place because they only care about their own people. I had to tell them and give them a taste of their B.S. I would give this place a negative review to the max.

Hello, Avoid this location if possible, the people there have no interest in helping the people succeed. The staff puts people down and gives them the runaround. One of the nurses came out of nowhere to try and get fresh with me over the simplest things. She literally came at me like a man and authority and if she does it to me she does it to everyone else. She acts as if she is the owner of the company. A real attitude for confrontation and a recipe for disaster for herself. Highly unprofessional and unethical experience almost makes me feel she was being sexist and racist. Don't go here if you can. They do all they can to watch you fail. Firing the staff and starting brand new is what the company needs to do.

Came here because I had to get a drug screen for a job. I did arrive with out an appointment but that's because there were none for 4 days and I had to get it done within 48hrs.I sat in the waiting room waiting for over an hour and a half, which then became completely empty and still no one called me in.Apparently they all decided to take lunch at the same time. I asked what's the hold up and supposedly the person doing the test "went to the bathroom" conveniently while I can hear them all eating. Another family came in and was attended ahead of me.This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful.And then at the end they tellme they can't conduct the test because the test doesn't include my mothers maiden name as it has on my ID.They could have set that from the damn start!!Is it sp difficult to double check test request plus ID.

I strongly recommend visiting another LabCorp location to avoid the frustration I encountered here.The male phlebotomist who drew my blood demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. He appeared to dislike his job and was very impatient with me. Throughout the process, his behavior was rude and forceful, showing no regard for the patient's feelings. The sterilization and bandaging were done haphazardly.Furthermore, the check-in process was terribly inefficient. I used the kiosk, waited for about half an hour, only to witness others who arrived later than me completing their tests before I did. When I tried to address the issue with the receptionist, she kept me waiting for an additional 10 minutes.While I have visited several other LabCorp locations in the South Bay without issue, this particular one appears to be poorly managed. The employees seem unhappy, which reflects in their job performance and interactions with patients. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism in a healthcare setting.Save yourself the frustration and find another LabCorp location for a more efficient and respectful experience.

Had to get a yearly routine urine drug screen for school. I didn't have an appointment beforehand so I was a walk in. I had a barcode through school and used the check in machine in the lobby. I was in and out within 10 minutes. No wait at all. I had a very positive experience here. The staff were also super friendly. Definitely recommend!
