This lady was rude she made me wait over a whole hour cause I try to ask her a question but other people came in line and she attended to them and said they were already here when they weren’t
I spent thousands of dollars here at this location for flooring and kitchen remodels cabinets

I am utterly frustrated with their service. I ordered kitchen cabinets. It’s been 9 days since my scheduled pickup date and it’s not yet ready. The salesperson does not pickup my call. The accountability is terrible.

Terrible service in the pick up warehouse, all the Chinese laddies clerks in the warehouse are extremely rude. No star ⭐️ given to their service.

They mistaken many items, and refuse to do anything to help, no discount or credit, even force you return the wrong item they messed up first or pay extra before allowing you pickup the right item. Never see cabinets store doing this bad. Try other better places.

The customer service is horrible! Never do yelp reviews. This is my first one on any business! The sales person made a huge mistake on my order and my contractor picked up the wrong order and end up installing it! The supervisor never validated my frustrations instead put it back on me and the contractor. She refused to meet me halfway. Then she called me and “apologized” because the realized their sales person made the mistake and told me they had the rock I wanted in stock but I would have to go pick it up in San Francisco! You need a special truck to carry the equipment and my contractor had to charge me again for the labor. I asked if they could pay for the labor. They refused, so then I asked for a refund because I didn’t have the money to pay for labor. Then said she would have to check if she could give me a full refund for all the material they got wrong!!! It was a nightmare!! Please make sure the sales person has your order right because if there is a mistake they won’t believe you!

You need to wait a long time to pick up the goods, and the attitude is very bad. I hope you are mentally prepared. You have to load the car yourself when picking up the kitchen cabinets. If there are other options, then you must be lucky.??

Terrible customer service. We had to retain a drain because it was too big and because one small piece of cardboard was missing from the box they said they had to charge us 10% of the cost for it. So that would be $12!

One of the customer service employees-Katherine was on her cell phone having very loud personal conversation,ignoring that I've been waiting in line to get a service.
After she was done with her personal conversation, I came to ask her questions about products. She was checking voicemail on her cell phone,totally ignored my questions.
She was very rude,didn't answer any of my questions,too busy on her cell phone.
People like this shouldn't be working at customer services.
I will never come back to this store.

For basic but efficient service I would recommend. Compared to the other large warehouse stone companies in the bay area I found this a nicer place to shop.

This place is terrible. Not only do they not greet you when you walk in, but when I ask the girl question, it was met with utter rudeness. She also don’t know anything about the floors. I went to floor depot and the sales there were able to recommend floors, talk at length about the brands, share insights about the quality. This girl can care less, she just point me to where the samples are and ask me to pick, like I’m at the flea market. Maybe I’ll buy here if it’s for a rental, but I’m renovating my home, I want quality and reliable places. Not coming back!

This place is terrible. Especially April is horrible. In the beginning she was nice, but she changed after she knew our project is small. 1)She gave wrong quote even we give right dimension. 2) We asked for details but she said "It's just two cabinets. That's all". So we just came out. It feels like she yudoesn't want to spend her time because our project is too small.

We almost got scammed into paying $12/sq ft plus $300 shipping (and no returns allowed)at The Floor Store for tiles.
KZ was the BEST. Half the price, same-day pick up from their nearby warehouse, 60-day returns for any unopened/undamaged boxes. Would highly recommend this business. No frills, good products. Local family business.

Worst customer service ever, We got the whole cabinets from them and they misplaced a lot of peices, when we went back for clearing it up, they were terrible with the customer service and were rude and cheap and low. Will not recommend anyone.

How are they still in business? Remodeled our shower a year ago-they’ve replaced the caulking 3 times already! Then they said they weren’t coming back again. So, we are hiring someone to do it correctly. If he finds water damage, they will hear from our lawyer for sure ?
