I've never been willing to write negative reviews. Because I know that doing business is not easy. But this time I want people to know about my very unsatisfactory shopping experience. In November 2023, I paid full price for a bath faucet from this store. At that time, they said it would take about 2 weeks or at most a month to pick up the product. During this period, I called several times to ask, but they said it hadn't arrived yet. I called to inquire in January 24, but there was still no reasonable explanation. I asked to cancel the order. The salesperson who answered the phone said that the goods were on the way and would arrive in two or three days, and they would call me to inform me. After waiting until 2/6, there was no call or refund. I went to the store again to inquire about the situation and made it clear that I wanted to cancel the order. The two staff members did not provide any explanation as to why the goods were out of stock for so long, nor did they have any apologetic attitude or language, and gave me a refund.

I had a weird customer service interaction today. I frequent the hair salon next door to this store and I am in the market for a new kitchen faucet, a bar faucet, a filtered water faucet and all new hardware for my cabinets. I popped in here to look as I had never been in the store, and it seemed from the exterior like a place with some good options for my needs. I was promptly greeted by the 2 young ladies behind the counter, with a "let us know if you need anything!" So I said I was looking for matte black kitchen faucets. The young lady with blonde hair replied they were all right there in the showroom. Ok. Then I asked about bar faucets. She stated they didn't have any on the showroom floor but could order them. Neither young lady at this point deigned to get up from her chair and accompany me around the showroom or to inquire about my project. I moved on to the cabinet hardware. I circled back around to the brunette young ladies' side of the desk when I didn't see what I was looking for size wise in the displayed products. She was tapping away on her phone (maybe doing business dunno ) the other lady got up walked to what I was pointing at and said "we don't have that size" then went back and sat down. Seems to be a generally counterintuitive way to make sales if you are in the business of selling exactly what someone is looking for and you can't possibly make an easy sale. By the way there were zero (0) other customers in the store while I was there. So, I offered a cheery wave and a "thanks for your help!" To which they politely and completely unawares replied "your welcome". 2 stars instead of 1 for having a nice showroom.

I recently visited Kitchen & Bath Design Center and had a fantastic experience. The store has a wide range of high-quality products, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to understand my needs and provided excellent recommendations. I was impressed by the store's attention to detail and their commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Design Center for anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen or bathroom.

I bought 2 vanities from Thom Mercurio, the owner of Kitchen & Bath Design Center, and the manufacturer of those vanities changed their manufacturing process, but didn't change their advertising. Thom went out of his way to get me a refund for the entire amount. Thom has been in the industry for years, extremely knowledgeable and beyond reproach as far as honesty. Design your next project with Thom and know you'll be in good hands.

Great team here! We've come in multiple times to pick out fixtures and have had great service from the team here. They offer competetive pricing, have a great system of displays but also showing you on big screens the types of fixture options, and have great design eyes. They are patient with all the changes and always willing to listen and change things around! Looking forward to getting your fixtures installed!

Phenomenal business - excellent products and GREAT service.HUGE THANK YOU to Gianna who was tirelessly patient with me as a first time home renovator and who knew nothing about what I was doing. She was patient and so kind. She helped me select, order and pick out everything for my two bathrooms and kitchen. She was helpful and communicative about when I could expect my items to be ready for pickup and when we hit a snag on one (of the many) bathroom items I ordered, her and Tom jumped through hoops to accommodate me and fix the problem.While I hope to never have to renovate anything ever again, if renovations ever are in my future again, I would definitely come back here. lolI cannot recommend these guys enough! Great family run business by people who care about their customers and deliver excellent products. Thank you!

Phenomenal business - excellent products and GREAT service! First off, as a first-timer, home renovation is super overwhelming. There are so many decisions to make and so many options AND so many stores you can go to...it was hard to know where to start. I'm so, sooo glad I came to Kitchen & Bath Design Center. I'd live to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Gianna who was tirelessly patient with me as I went through the process of finding fixtures, pull handles, faucets, tubs, toilets, etc.. I had no idea what I was doing or what I wanted but Gianna was so patient and so kind. She helped me select and order everything for my two bathrooms and kitchen. She was clear and very communicative about when I could expect my items to be ready for pick-up (an extra challenge with the global supply chain issues). When we hit a snag on just one (of the many) bathroom items I ordered, she and Tom jumped through hoops to accommodate me and fix the problem. So while I hope to never have to renovate anything ever again, if renovations ever are in my future again, I would definitely come back here. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Great family-run business by people who care about their customers AND deliver excellent products. Thank you!!

I've worked with KBDC and Thom twice now. Recently was for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. He is knows his products and the background of each (history, where they are manufactured). Due to the labor shortage, we had issues with our cabinets (delays, wrong ones delivered, damages). Thom was constantly pushing the vendor. Even though he can't do anything about the delays, he made sure I got the product in the right condition. We still have a few more items to fix, but I know Thom won't back off until it's all done. Thom style is to build long term relationships with his customer. He has done that with me.

Just ask for Brooke. Not sure what sink to pick for your bathroom remodel? Ask Brooke. Need new Cabinets but don't know what to pick? Ask Brooke. Anything you need Brooke can help with. She guided me through both my bathroom remodels and the kitchen remodel. If I ever decide to go through the hell of remodeling anything again I'm going right to Brooke and asking for help.

I never write negative review for anyone. coz it effects business. I had worse experience with this vendor. Thom is owner of this place. I purchased few mirrors from him. Once mirror came damaged. I asked for replacement. He gave me tough time . I had to call him to check when it is reaching. he never followed up. He send me nasty and rude email saying how he did me favor by getting my stuff in 2 weeks. i Called vendor directly , they had everything in stock with delivery time of 1 week. On top of his rude attitude , he gave me difficult time and messed my whole project. he lied by saying product is delayed till march. I called Vendor directly , they said everything is in stock and can be delivered to distributor in 1 week. Getting refund , return of items and delivery of items is night mare with this store. Please be careful before you buy with this store.if there was negative bar on rating , i would have given minus rating.I see his reply .I went to another vendor luxury bath in livermore . He delivered same mirror in 2 weeks. This owner is making it look like he did huge Cavour to me . This is buisness. Your service is what brings you buisness. Customers can see how rude he is still .They have same stuff at other stores . If u want to have easy returns or exchanges and better service, go check other stores first .
