I went in to request a quote. The quote was way more than Turtleworks, and the guy who was there was very rude. Not only that, but he did not really talk. He asked me what I wanted, looked at me after I explained, then gave me the price while mumbling. I am well versed in the SpEd world so I had patience however, after some time, I figured out there was no deficit. He was just rude. From what I could hear, through mumbling was that there would be a design fee and the jacket would be $ 160 plus whatever the design fee is. I asked for clarification two times and was told the same thing.

Clavio is a piece of work! He should not be answering the phones and talking to customers but that's exactly what he does. I had some questions about how fast he could turn around my logo and he lost patience and said " if I ain't making no money off you I ain't gonna waste my time, your no good to me" All done here, never again will call you, good luck over there!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kings Embroidery for a custom jacket that I had been wanting to order. This company had great customer service, really fast turnaround time, and did really quality work. If you need any customized embroidery work, I highly recommend King's Embroidery.

I used to love this place, thank you Roberta for that. As soon as Roberta left, forget it, working with Larry was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had to deal with. Understanding that some work smaller shops are not 'thrilled' to do, it doesn't mean they have to make rude remarks and whine throughout the whole process only in the end to not do the work for you. Larry told me, we can't do that. I referenced the email he had already sent me and then suddenly, oh yeah, okay I can do that. All of a sudden... All of the work that had been done for me over the years by Roberta now was a firm can't do that. To tell someone you can't do a process because of the limitations of embroidery when you've done it for them before, come on, how d*** do you think people are? Larry also wasn't aware of the fact that I used to send larger orders to him as I recommended King's to friends and acquaintances... not knowing it was really Roberta who made the place have any credibility. Bottom line, if you want professional service and honesty, take your business elsewhere.

buyer beware....they have raised their prices and are now ridiculously expensive! way too expensive for embroidered services....staff is very rude & abrupt! no thanks, i'll pass and take my business elsewhere!

We use Kings Embroidery to do our Club apparel and would definitely recommend them. Their quality work and attention to detail are phenomenal and worth the fair prices that they offer.
