If I can give negative rating I might give … I have been buying mattress for long from them but they consider themselves furniture manufacturers, so unfortunately I bought a king size bed less than a year before because I was expecting a baby… and while selling they knew I am expecting baby that’s why I am buying it you can see reason behind my anger in pictures …. I think they delivered bed that was bad and full of fungus, I won’t get furniture from them even if free because now I am in a pain of replacing bed while I have an infant and a toddler at home.My infant daughter had trouble sleeping and that lead me to investigating it…

I would like to share about my bad experience with King Futon. This place is a scam and the owner lady is very cunning. Beware of this place. I bought a sofa bed from this place and one sofa leg is broken after 1 month. They didn’t care after selling and didn’t help to find the piece now that sofa is sitting in one corner of the house and of no use. They don’t give any warranty and don’t help afterwards once they sell their stuff. Cheap stuff and very poor customer service. I am adding the picture of a new business which is very close to this place and very good service. They give one year warranty. Also they sell the same stuff from the same catalog. If you are planning to buy good furniture with warranty please go to factory direct furniture store. They are very helpful.

Christina has ran that business for years and years. She's awesome. She helped me furnish my first apartment, then my first house, then my second. Her prices are fair. Mostly shopping via catalog. She's fair, firm and direct. Glad she's still in business!

Got good firm Indian style cotton mattress from here. We ordered the Mumbai mattress sku which is most firm. Parents like it.

Bought pillow from here n using them from past 3 months till now no complaint but i dont know how long they will last. Somehow i don't have a very strong feeling to go for mattress too. I doubt whether the matteress will last long.One more thing is i wonder why they donot accept payment through visa card. They accept only cash or check.
