So so so disappointed in Kendra Scott as a company. I purchased a ring for my daughter for her birthday online and it was shipped to me promptly. My daughter decided that it was too big and so we went to the store to exchange it for a smaller size. Unfortunately, she needs a size 5, but they didn’t have a size 5, so I asked for a return and the only thing that they could give me was a store credit at the store. There was nothing. My daughter wanted to buy decided to ship it back to Kendra Scott. My order was received at the distribution center on 23 May and here. We are 12 days later and it’s still not credited back. I just called and their service center said that I have to wait a full 15 days for them to even respond back to my inquiry so here I am they have received my piece of jewelry back and I am still waiting on the 12 to even receive my credit back to my account. I feel like this is something that is completely unacceptable to be waiting this long when they have already received my order and I have confirmation of it. It shouldn’t To get a credit back from Kendra Scott. I’m so disappointed in their customer service and their policy that I will never shop again with Kendra Scott

I went to Kendra Scott in Santana Row yesterday with my boyfriend excited to buy a necklace. The store was running a promotion where they let every customer that came in pick out a small strip of paper from a basket with a discount written on it. When we came in they didn't offer that to us. I thought perhaps they hadn't noticed us when we walked in which was understandable. Then two more customers came in and they were asked if they wanted to pull a discount from the basket for the promotion. I thought that was odd. It wasn't until the employee offered another new customer the promotion, and then swiftly walked right past my boyfriend and I that I got upset. We had been in the store 15 minutes at that point so at that point it felt intentional. I also couldn't help but notice we were the only people of color in the store at that moment. I am an Indian woman and my boyfriend is a black man. All the customers that had come in after us were white, and were offered the promotion. I of course cannot say whether that was the reason we were not offered the promotion, but it very much felt that way. Why else would every single customer after us get offered the promotion but not us, especially since we had been walking around the store for some time? I left the store feeling very upset, and I will never shop at this store again. Kendra Scott do better to treat your customers equally.

They only hire a certain color. They don't help every person walking in due to this, Only the ones who pass the "look" , seen so many people walk in and walk right out , no greetings just girls at the cashier looking around the place

First time shopping here and it was perfect! As soon as I entered, the employees were friendly and ready to help. I was served an AMAZING chardonnay (& I'm picky), there were also other beverages and candies. There was so much beautiful jewelry at a good price. So many options but I love the necklaces I chose in the end. I can't wait to come back & treat myself again!

Loved my experience at Kendra Scott. I was just walking by minding my business when the jewelry in the window spoke to me. I was helped by Chelsea and she was amazing. Didn't pressure me into buying a set was just truly there to amplify my experience. Quality is too notch and customer service would bring me back.

Went to exchange a gift and the sales person was very helpful and patient as i tried on soooo many of their items. I've ever heard of Kendra Scott before. But they have a variety of jewelry. I am a sterling silver fan and they had a great selection. :)

Be careful with the offers they give you, they just hook you up and make you believe you are getting those offers. In reality, they cancel the extra items (offer) for your purchase when they ship it. I made a purchase because I was given the offer of extra items, when I received it, I noticed they sent me just the purchased item. I called and emailed customer service, I was told "it was an error" that is why they did not send me the extra items. I asked for a return label to get a refund, Tiffany said "you are not allowed to return it because the purchase was made using a birthday discount". I said, "I understand that, but in this situation, it is your mistake, not mine. You lied about me getting that offer. I am not getting the offer items then I don't want the item I bought. Why did not you cancel the entire order then? After all, my emails had been ignored and they never provide a resolution to my issue. I do want a resolution...
