There were no other customers in the store but one salesperson was not interested to help us. He only wanted to watch his sports game on his phone. Very poor service. Wasn't he hired to help customers or was his job only to play with his phone? He just said tell me which paint you want and I'll give you the price. Very unhelpful. Did not even introduce the paint that they have.

I bought paint at Kelly Moore store 3 days ago and found impurities in the paint today. This is dry paint mixed with new paint. Then I took it back to the paint shop and returned it. Turns out I had taken it home for three days and couldn't return it. The clerk also said that it was my problem, but what I want to say is that I didn't open the cover when I brought it home, how come the paint has dried and there are impurities. I've bought some paints for a few years and they've been working fine. Why is there a problem with the paint after only a few days of buying it? I was thinking they're old paint mixed with new paint!

Don't go here if you want to receive any type of service. Stopped by this afternoon to pick up paint. When I got there, there were two employees working there. One was waiting on the customer before me and the other one was just standing around. I waited for 20 minutes hoping someone would help me. The person (customer) in front of me said he waited there for 20 minutes before anyone offered to help him and the twoemployeese were standing around the soda machine appearing to do nothing. Finally, the customer in front of me finished his order but before he could pay, the employee, Min started answering the phone. This poor guy had waiting maybe 30 minutes and only wanted to pay and leave. Min insisted on talking on the phone with a customer who he kept saying to " I can't hear you" In the meantime, both of us just stood there. I finally left after wasting 20 minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this store as the employees have zero regard for customers who have been patiently waiting for some help.

I went here this past weekend and was helped by Jesus. My mom was stressed out because she's redoing her whole home and he made the paint process extremely easy. He was kind, patient, and honest about what he felt would be best. The customer service he provided was exceptional! He definitely went above and beyond to help my mom and I was very grateful. we will continue to come here for the rest of our paint to finish up the home. Thank you JESUS!!! You definitely made my moms day.

I always had a great experience at this location as well as at other Kelly Moore locations. But this time, it exceeded my expectations. I had left my credit card by oversight a couple of days ago. When I went back to get some additional paint, Jesus at the counter, enquired if I had forgotten my credit card. I had actually not noticed the loss, but when I looked in my wallet, I realized it. I am impressed that that Jesus kept the credit card aside and remembered me. Kudos to his honesty and memory!

Jonathan and Robert were very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me pick out the right kind of paint for my home. We had lots of questions and they patiently explained the different paint and primer types. They let us know about the specials that were going on in the store, and made us feel confident every step of the way. Jonathan helped us load all the paint on top of it. Great customer service! We look forward to coming here for all of our upcoming projects.
