This pharmacy is alright. I don't like how the always mess up my wife name my calling her name. They put my wife middle as last name when it's clearly her middle name. Some times the line can be long. Pre order your meds so when you pick them up you don't have to wait that long.

I've been getting my meds monthly from this location, ever since it opened a couple decades ago. I've never once had a problem. The staff are friendly, very professional, and fast!

Expect to wait an hour or more for your medication. No real indication on when it's ready. Weekdays are the absolute worst, but anytime is horrible to go in because the line is always out the door. Just get your medication delivered.

I have been using the drug store's service for a while now. It was very impressive because they provide my medical needs so fast. They are selling different kinds of medicines to people! Good job!

The staff at building 4's pharmacy - Kaiser San Jose are utterly incompetent, passive aggressive grifters. They have messed up my prescriptions every single time I pick them up. This causes me to have to wait for up to an hour in a high risk area while the staff untangles the issue. Frequently, it is because of co-pays I'm not supposed to have. I am given the option to pay so I can leave, or not pay and be punished with a risky hour's wait. If my prescriptions are mailed, they are incorrect. With curbside pickup, they are incorrect. I must wait, check my bag like I ordered a special order at McDonald's, and ALWAYS get it corrected.

Madical 1 northBuilding 4This is my preferred pharmacy for filling all my prescriptions for family and myself. The employees are friendly and helpful with you orders and give good advice/suggestions on over the counter medications and/or remedies. They also make sure you know how to take your medication and side effects from them. COVID-19 guidelines are being followed for the safety of patients and employees.

The rudest people in the world work here! Standing there for almost 10 mins with no one else in line and the clerks walk away. One guy is just calling out people's names. What about the people who did an online order to avoid these long wait times? Awful!

Worst system ever. A loved one requires major surgery and you have to travel two hours from home (we live in a city with a Kaiser hospital) I can't wait to get out of this system. If I must travel and pay for lodging then you SOBs should pay for it.

My name is Dung Nguyen, my MRN .....My phone number is 1-4085208947 I really really disappointed about your OB doctor Ms. Annamalai treat me yesterday. I keep telling her I am really really hurt my back and around my butt, every morning I get up and I can not standing for 15minutes. My legs are shaking and I am dizzy everyday. I asked if I could leave my work 2 months before my due day or can I off my work for about few weeks to see if it would be get better. She said she has the rule and she can not do anything. She said she only let me out off work when something is happening to me. If that happened who is the one responsibility for myself and the baby. I'm not try to off work to get any benefit from Kaiser, but I can not handle my work when I'm really really hurt, why they did not understand it. They keep saying I have to work until 4 weeks before due day. And when I asked for the letter to show I'm pregnant and my due day is 07/15/2019. The doctor, the nurse and the secretary stated that too early to give me that paper???? What wrong with all the staffs, I'm pregnant 25 weeks, it's not too early cause I need the paper to let my boss know I'm pregnant for 6 months now. They did not want to help me at all. Why I have to paid for my health Insuarance and they did not want to help me??? It's very bad service I feel regret now cause I choose Kaiser Sent from my iPhone

Would give them negative stars if I could. Waited in the lobby for an HOUR even after complaining to them 3 times! Mind you I had my 2 year old daughter with me who is not so patient. Went in for a check up for some chest pain and had to bring my toddler with me that day, so I was hoping it was in and out for my check up. My appointment time was 11:50am. Checked in at 11:40am. Sat and waited 20 mins went by... 30 minutes hit, then I asked the nurses who were sitting behind the counter, they said ok we will paige them... 45 minutes went by and I went to the receptionist and she said the doctor is probably really busy and working through her lunch break too, 1 hour hit, finally a nurse comes out to get me and my screaming daughter and says "I thought you were already seen."... rushes to get my weight and blood pressure then throws me and my daughter in the doctors office. Doctor said "I was waiting for you for the longest time, I waited so long I was going to head to my meeting." Gives me a 5 minute check up very rushly asking me whats wrong and clicking all the blood test and xrays you can think of on the computer to assign me.... changing my doctor that is for sure... the only reason I keep kaiser is because it is so close to home.
