If you go here ask for Jenny! She just started there not too long ago i showed her a picture of what i wanted (but i wanted my nails shorter than what the picture showed) & she was able to accommodate so well! Super nice & will definitely be going back to her again soon

I came in for a pedicure and wasn’t very impressed. I paid more for a PEDICURE thinking I was paying for extra care for my feet. But the mask and scrub are for your legs, not your feet. I paid $10 more for a LEG scrub and mask. Not a foot scrub and mask. The photo shows the mask on my legs, not my feet. If I ever come back, it will be for the cheapest pedicure since paying for more doesn’t mean more care for your feet just your legs.

I decided to give it a second chance but it was not worth it! Definitely not going back there. I don't recommend this place at all. Save your time and money. Is not about money is about quality .

this place absolutely sucks, the one in milpitas is good. i went to get french tip on my toes and for one the lady didn't wear gloves 2 she cut and was filing my nails done so much it started hurting and it was down to my skin and she would've kept going if i didn't finally say something and she also cut my nails all crooked as well hence why she kept trying to file them down but there was nothing left to file the damage was already done. she did the french tip so horribly and was going to put them in the UV light before asking me if it was okay and all of them were different shapes and sizes and wonky and she was trying to gaslight me in saying it's because your toe is crooked... when i finally asked a girl next to me if the french tip looked all wrong and she had agreed with me and even her co worker did as well. i don't usually give reviews but it was horrible never coming back here again.

After 4 years I came back.. I used to be a regular customer at k3 but as the nail salon got more known I felt the treatment to the customer was a bit rushed and try to get you out the door as soon as they can.. the work became sloppier but this year I decided to give them a try once again... Lisa was super kind and knowledgeable about her work, I asked her for recommendations and she gave me her input. She took her time making my nails right.. it's always scary for me... going to someone new, but thank you Lisa for easing me out of that zone & making my day feel like my day off

Honestly, this is exactly what i asked for. I had her do my nails a little shorter because of my work. I was hesitant to go here because of the reviews but it's close. My only problem might be. It's a little over priced. my friend recommended me to this place. I got my nails done by a lady with glasses who has short hair to her ears. she was really nice. overall experience was a 10 out of 10.
