Super responsive on the phone. Tom was extremely helpful in talking over what I should rent as far as sizing for tables, chairs, etc. I rented tables, chairs and the cotton candy machine. I needed to make changes, he always answered the phone and talked with me directly. Accommodated all my requests and upon delivery and set up. Explained how to use the cotton candy machine and gave the safety information. I needed help figuring out where to arrange everything, and he had really great suggestions that I never would have thought of. I also had a tent that someone brought to my house, brand new in the box, and I did not have time to set it up. I asked if they could set it up, and they did so fast. He didn't even ask me to pay extra, but I still did because I felt they really did everything well and were not out to overcharge. I really appreciated the help from planning, to delivery and set up. I will be calling again for my next party.

We just had our event yesterday. The day before our event, the owner ( I think it's Tom) called me to confirm the theme and area. I specifically told that I ordered Thomas the train ( and I don't want any other theme) and it was confirmed, and it needs to be set up on concrete. However, yesterday when he came, he said he gave Thomas the train to someone and forgot our order. He wanted me to have the one with train and animals. Also, he argued that it cannot set up on the concrete ( I have the order proof that area is concrete). I told him the policy of club house says no grass for jumpy house. He keeps saying no, only on grass. The temperature on concrete will be too high, and not good for bounce house. What am I supposed to do when the party was about to start 30 minutes later? I had to compromise so kids could have fun. We were way so busy yesterday. It just came to our mind that none of it makes sense and fair. I paid the amount of money and did not get what I requested.

Although I was unable to use Santa Clara Jumper, I was very impressed with their fast response. I requested last min for a jumper and one day later I recieved a call apologizing there no more availability. They were nice to recommend other bounce house vendors.

Had a great experience with Santa Clara jumpers! They are very easy to communicate with and the drivers dropped the jump house off early so my daughter could jump in it ALL day. Literally until 7:30pm at night!! They were awesome with set up and take down. Will be using them again for future party's!

We needed a jumper same day and Santa Clara Jumpers came though. Long story short, the jumper we were borrowing broke and at 10:30am I called frantic for a 1:30 birthday party. Tom quickly asked for my info over text, got me a price and someone was setting up an hour later. I couldn't believe it. I also think it's important to note that they did not price gouge me due to it being so last minute. Extremely fair pricing, but did ask for cash which was fine. Thanks again!

We are very happy with the customer service we received from Santa Clara Jumpers. I booked a jumper rental online and they called me a little while after to confirm and let me know they received my order. They were very prompt when delivering and set up was quick and easy. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I booked their bounce house for my son's birthday party at the park. I received a call from them after placing an online order. During the phone call, Tom made sure I had all the permissions the city required. Tom called again a day before my son's birthday to confirm the delivery time. Best customer service and great communication. Very reasonable price. They set up and put away before and after the party. My son and his guests had a blast. Thank you so much! I highly recommended to everyone at my party and out there that are looking for bounce house company. They are just awesome!

This company contacted me one day before my party stating that I had to agree to an additional $50 "rain fee" because they would need to air dry the bounce house because their delivery truck is uncovered and they don't have rain tarps.... Just to clarify, even if I handed the delivery person a DRY bounce house when they came to pick it up, I would still be charged the $50 rain fee if it got when in transit, after being out of my hands.... The person told me they were canceling my order because I would not agree to these terms, and then they hung up on me. Rude! Take your money elsewhere.
