Once again, John’s team provided excellent services today. For last 20 years, I dropped off my cars at JP’s for maintenance and repairs. The costs were always reasonable. Sometimes I even joked by show surprised faces “That much!!! Okay Don’t change it and I will pay now.”

I went in first thing in the morning after opening to get my brake pads checked and replaced and they had it done quickly within ~2.5 hours at a reasonable price. The man I talked to (didn't get his name) was also very friendly and helpful - I would trust them as they didn't try to upsell me at all and told me honestly if something didn't need to be serviced. I'm not from the area, but if I was from here I would definitely be coming back!

Victor at JP Automative helped to fix my car’s radiator tank leak problem discovered after the oil change. He was super knowledgeable about cars and extremely patient explaining the details. Victor also did me a big favor with owner’s consent when I had trouble using Uber App. What a kind gentleman and great technician! Thank you so much!

I’ve been here twice and my dad has gone to JP since I was a toddler. JP is professional, polite, and never overcharges for service. This is a great place for your car maintenance.

Attempted an oil change and headlight bulb replacement at a competitor down the street. That didn’t work out so I came here the next day at 8AM, right when they open. First come first served, and I figured Saturday would be busy. Luckily there was only one other customer in front of me.
John was friendly and his 1 hour time estimate was accurate. I would recommend him to others and come here again for my next oil change.

The check engine light on my Jeep Grand Cherokee turned on. I checked the code and knew it was something in the "Evaporative Emissions System" so wasn't expecting a big repair bill and they delivered. Brought it in, they diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and all at a reasonable price. No upsells or nonsense.While I was waiting to pay, the customer in front of me was an elderly woman. She apparently was having some issue with her key fob. Turned out the battery in the fob was dead. They only charged her for a new battery for the fob.Very impressed!

I really can not believe this place has so much 5 star review! The owner has a terrible personality.So arrogant and cocky.Does not have respect for customers! Even as rude as not answer questions! No business to jerks at all!!!
