I've been taking my cars to Jensen for years. They are always very friendly, honest, and explain in detail what is to be done beforehand. When I needed it, they let me have their courtesy car.

I brought in my 2011 Acura MDX shortly after purchasing it as-is at a dealership and experiencing issues with air conditioning :( After paying over $250 for a diagnostic assessment of my vehicle I was told I needed two motor replacements which would cost me an additional $1700!!Jensen's was recommended by my father-in-law so I called them and shared the issues with the car and Acura's recommendation. Bob was great at explaining the different motors and what each does and what he felt would be needed, but best for him to do his own diagnosis to confirm. I definitely didn't want to manage without AC in the 90 degree weather this week. Bob was able to squeeze me in and I brought the car in the next day and have him check it out. After diagnosis, new mode motor, new relay and an oil change I paid about 1/3 the cost I was quoted by Acura. I also received phenomenal service by Bob and Mary and felt as if I'd been a valued customer for years. They also have a few loaner vehicles available which is a really great bonus. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!!

This place has always been pretty good for my wife and I. We've brought both of our cars to Jensen's for quite some time. My wife has a car that is just a few years old. Not too many miles on it. She took it to Jensen's for a routine oil change (scheduled maintenance) recently.Just a few weeks later (fewer than 1500 miles), a warning light came on telling her the oil level was low. She pulled over and called Jensen's asking for help. He SHOULD have asked her to schedule a time to bring it in to have a look at it since HE DID THE OIL CHANGE! But see, it was after 3:00pm on a Friday and they start their weekend at 4:00pm, so he instead said "If the car tells you you need oil, then go to the auto parts store and put oil in it."The car has too few miles to be leaking oil and I'm just shocked that after our loyalty, he'd dismiss her so easily. Never again. Don't bother wasting your postage on those little reminder postcards because we'll never be back ever. Hope you had the bitchin' weekend you couldn't wait to get started.

I love these folks. I actually can't believe I haven't written a review singing their praises earlier. For over a decade, Bob and Mary have taken care of my car, and thereby taken care of me. Over those years and four different cars, they've efficiently, professionally and expertly taken care of problems both mundane and critical. I never have to worry about shoddy work or being taken advantage of; they always do their best. Most recently I bought a new Toyota and part of that package is 2 years "free" maintenance that is built into the price as we all know. I used it for 2 years without complaint and ran into a problem shortly after it ended. Bob and Mary welcomed me back with open arms and got to work on the problem straightaway. I just hope they don't retire or sell! Great people and business

I needed a pretty big service on my Acura (timing chain and related), and couldn't be happier with this shop. Mary is a no-nonsense office manager who knows the ins and outs of it all and gets everything done on time. I am very happy with the work on my car, the transportation arrangements and the pricing. This will be my go-to shop from now forward. Sometimes you just get a sense about folks. Can't say enough good about them!

I was visiting the San Jose area and the check engine light in my Honda Civic hybrid came on during my trip there. I was worried about it because I was heading to a remote campground in the sierras afterward. Friends recommended Mick's in Santa Cruz where I was and, although the shop was super busy, they took the time to check the codes and found that the fuel was running "lean" but they didn't have time to do further work. Since I was headed to San Jose, other friends suggested Jensen's. They didn't have time to see the car, either, but the person who answered the phone (wish I'd gotten her name), was so knowledgeable and helpful and reassured me about continuing my trip. She checked with another mechanic and confirmed her opinion. I made my whole trip and got home with no problem, and I felt so much more confident thanks to kind, experienced folks at both places.

Mary was so kind. I took my Honda Odyssey there expecting to have to replace the catalytic converter as my smog was due. They gave me an appointment quickly, took it a look at it and identified it was only an o2 sensor and saved my thousands. They even helped takes my car across the way to get a smog check. They were great!l and I'll definitely be back.

I've been coming to Jensens for about 2 years now. The owners are awesome and friendly. I always call ahead. They usually have a car available to use while my car is getting serviced so I really like that option.

Took my Toyota here for regular maintenance. The people were very nice and welcoming and the price was great. Very happy with the service. I'll never go the Toyota dealership again because they are so pushy and very expensive.

The owners are super helpful! Mary helped explain the issues my car had to the "T" and so I really appreciated it. Their customer service is impeccable and they've been in the business for a long time so I trust their work. Would definitely back back and recommend.

I brought my Honda Odyssey to Jensen's for a service, it needed a new alternator. I was very impressed with the work done on my car. A few days later I needed another minor issue taken care of and the work was performed quickly and at a very fair price. Finally a car service business I can trust. Bob and Mary realize if you are fair and honest you will build your business and continue to succeed. Very refreshing. I will continue to trust my automotive needs to Jensen's Foreign Car Service.

Highly recommend Jensens foreign car service! They fixed my baby up and rather quickly! They are very professional, honest and straight forward. Affordable and even took all precautions during this time of covid. After years of being a car owner and having been dealt bad luck with shady shops I have finally found a shop to take my car to without questions! I will never go anywhere else as long as they are around!
