Do not go to the store in San Jose! I purchased these jeans and after washing them they had a big white crease on the side from being over stacked and when I went back to the store to return they The owner basically says that's how they buy them (liar)and told me there's nothing they can do after spending $150 there.. so my suggestion is do not buy from the store they give you a hard time returning items basically saying no on everything..

This location is gigantic, and I love the staff. There is so much to choose from and a great place to shop for myself and for other people, I got to get my flannels and Pendleton's here.

always a great experience, really good selection especially for chicano style clothing. also offers a wide variety of sizes from kids clothing up to 7xl which is great since many stores don't have many options for that

My family and I have been faithful customers since the beginning. My father introduced me to San Jose bluejeans when I was a young girl. My father now reside in Stockton California. Thus, as a Father's Day gift, I wanted to surprise him with a shopping trip here. I called the day before to confirm largest size available... Male clerk confirmed that there were 7X available. My dad wears 5X-7X. He was excited about the idea of shopping here, but a little reserved given that a lot of places don't carry his sizes. I reassured him that I called to confirm. FAST-FORWARD TO DAY OF VISIT: We were not greeted upon entry. Male and female clerks remained in conversation with one another as the store filled. Neither offered anyone assistance. This is pretty sad, considering I was wobbling around with my walker. My father and I literally had to grab a clerk for assistance. Female clerk's eyes were fixated in amusement of my father's waistline. This sickened me. Upon checkout, there was the male clerk near the checkout line, words exchange: ME: are you in line? Him& Female Clerk: ***laugh*** Him: O. Are you ready? Me: Yes, I am. Father hands clerk his picks. Me: ***considering a lot of places still require card payment *** Do you accept cash? Male clerk: ***snickers*** Yeah, I guess, we accept cash. If I was alone, I would've walked out. Given this experience, I do not plan to patronize SJBJ anymore Unfortunately, he was only to find one 6X.

I spoke to a sales person over the phone and shared with them I wanted to purchase two hundred shirts. They said that they sell shirts - 3 for $25 ($8.33 a pc). They told me to come in and talk to the manager regarding a better price deal for a large order and that this is possible. I drove 45 minutes to the store expecting to buy. As I walked in I was instantly met with a sales girl asking what I needed. I explained I called and was told to ask for the manager "Sun". A man comes over and asks me what sizes I needed - M, L, XL and 1X please. The guy scoffs at me and tells me XL is 1X. So I just need 3 sizes? No please, I need 4 different sizes, in 4 colors. I explained that I see on the Internet that pro club heavyweight sells for $4-6. Each. I ask, would he be willing to sell me 200 shirts for this amount today. He laughs at me, and says his manager would not do such a sale. Oh, I thought you were a manager?! Third guy comes over, again says no deals and they don't do wholesale or large orders. Come to find out this is not the manager either, just another smirked salesperson with a chip on their shoulder. Apparently the manager was in, but did not want to speak to me. I realize I'm being profiled and judged. Their Google map page says wholesale (both locations Jean Palace on San Carlos and this location on Story). I was led to believe on the phone that a large order could be negotiated for a fair price. After leaving the store I looked it up, there is a difference between XL and 1X (thanks for making me feel real stupid). I was prepared to spend over $1000. Today. 12 shirts in 4 sizes, in 4 different colors. The way the 3 different sales people treated me and the manager not wanting to talk to me, lost my business. Don't he tripping over pennies while picking up dollars Blue Jean business. Some money is better than no money.

I went to try on a few pairs of jeans. Two of the salespeople asked if I needed assistance, then helped me look for the correct size and answered questions. I couldn't buy the pair I wanted due to a shortage during the pandemic. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this business.

Ive been coming here for years since my brothers loved this store growing up. You'll find amazing deals and the owners are very helpful. If you've grown up in San José then you know this place. Great deals on quality jeans and they have such a large selection of basic tees, sweaters, scrubs, backpacks, and even shoes! Their fitting rooms were open to try on when I went in October.

Does anyone remember San Jose Blue Jeans when it was around the corner in this same strip mall? Tiny tiny tiny with jeans stacked as high as the ceiling? Got my first pair of Vans here in the mid 80's and been coming back off and on ever since. Was just here over the weekend to grab some Ben Davis shorts and whatnot. The floor staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The guy at the register was cool too because he laughed at my jokes and was patient while I called my boyfriend to get his pin number that he literally just told me before walking out of the store to get some air. Will keep coming back when needed.

I have not been here a little over 10 years. This place was my go-to apparel store from hats to shirts to shoes to earrings. They have so much inventory compared to back then and good deals. Tons of hats, a decent amount shoes, small collection of colognes and jewelry. They have a little of everything, Levi's, cookies, dickies, Ben Davis, ecko. Brings back memories when I step in this store. I found the staff to be quite friendly back then but now not so much. They seem impatient. I understand if they're busy with stuff but no need to give an annoyed look when they have a sign stating to turn in clothing to the front counter if you don't plan on purchasing certain items.. I only found one guy that was helpful.

Me and my boyfriend went into this store because we both have the same taste in clothing. At first we were amazed on what they had here If you like the bay area. But, we had a super bad experience not even thirty minutes in here this tall guy and a girl started pushing us and kept asking us " are you ready yet?" Not only being that my boyfriend has that " bold white guy swag style" the owner or some rude emplo kept on eyeing him like if he was gonna steal something or rushing us to buy something or leave. Bad vibes and bad experience. Then I politely asked him if he could hold on to a hoodie till Friday and the guy said "If you give me 10 dollars, I could hold on to it"". Don't go here if you want to be rushed or to be treated like we rob people. Now we don't have even want to even come back here!
