Had the most amazing experience with JB Detailing. From the seamless experience to scheduling, selecting a custom package, and interacting with the on-sitemobile detailer. Joel put in some wax on and wax off moves to being out that sought after mirror paint finish. Both cars turned out amazing after a full days appointment they literally look as new when we got them from the dealer. This is no rush job and on to the next. Hours are put into the appointment with a high level to detail. They put love into what they do and it shows.If I could give them more stars I would... Awesome work guys! JB MD did a fantastic job, both inside and out, on my really, really dirty Jeep Gladiator that I off-road. Couldn't be happier. Plus the convenience of them showing up, not having to wait in line, wait and pay for Ubers, wait for the shop to finish my car and give me a call. Amazing paint correction work. Got rid of all of the swirl marks from the previous owner. However, I did notice that they missed the driver side A pillar to D pillar completely. Just an oversight I'm sure. Otherwise it was an amazing job

Jose was extremely nice with outstanding customer service.There was some confusion and misunderstanding but he worked with me on clarifying and also going above and beyond to make things right even on my 13 year old car.Omar seemed like a very hard working and approachable tech facing customers. Although I am guessing other techs there may have also worked on our car, I only interacted with him. After checking with his supervisor to drop me back while they worked on the car, he offered credit for my uber ride back instead.However, I didn’t go for it since I already had other nice surprises from them through their customer service and workmanship that I was satisfied with.I did leave a tip but intend to tip better next time as they automatically assured me through this experience that they would be our choice for some of our newer cars as well.Services: Headlight polishing

Had a full detailing done on two of my cars done today by Jonathan Hernandez. He did an EXCELLENT job and the cars look better than ever. I ordered a Heavy Interior Detail + Hand Wash + Deep Wheels Cleaning via Yelp / Text Message. Not too long after, they responded to my request and scheduled my next availability.In the morning of my appointment, the crew arrived at my workplace on time and did an AMAZING job. What sets JB apart is their attention to detail. The exterior is smooth yet slick. It feels just like when ceramic coating was first applied and that was last year. As for the interior, I was blown away by how clean and organized it looks, but couldn't locate any dirt / dust at all.PS: JB did not ceramic coat my vehicle; another local shop did. Don't mind my stuff in the car, I just got home and was too lazy to remove them for pictures.**I definitely will re-book them in the future**

What a fantastic job. I could not be any happier. My truck looks brand new. The two service technicians were right on time, very informative and explained everything and work very hard the whole time. I want to do my wife's car next. My truck looks like it just got off the showroom floor in fact better. Very professional and courteous staff from the time that I reached out to the completion of the job. This will be my new go to company for auto detailing. They responded immediately to my inquiry and I was able to schedule them the very next week. They arrived exactly on time and the guy needed very little direction. I showed him to my car and he was busy for the next four hours. This is exactly how long they said it would take. I really appreciate the promptness and finishing up right on time. My car is over 10 years old and it was pretty dirty, the interior looked brand new where they were done. Every nook and cranny on my dashboard was cleaned out. I love driving my car again!

I did a full service detailing - exterior and interior - with JB Mobile. They were easy to communicate and schedule with via text. Henry and his teammate (I didn't get her name) arrived on time and did an AMAZING job. I didn't even know fabric could be brought back to life like that! The exterior finish is so soft and smooth. After much research into ceramic coating for two new cars found this company. Top products (Ceramic Pro),, excellent service, excellent work, informative and friendly. Provided a loaner car while my cars were being worked in. Reasonable prices. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Will use them for their mobile detailing service going forward. I used the San Carlos location but they have a San Jose location as well.Services: Scratch removal
