This Jamba Juice is the slowest location I have ever been to. I live in the neighborhood and shop at the local stores, so it's convenient in terms of location, but after this visit, I will drive to Santa Clara for better service. Today's visit is typical of my experience here. This store is usually understaffed, even on the weekends. I know it's not the staff's fault, but the employees are also not focused, super slow, and spend time messing around, checking phones, changing the music, etc. even when there are customers waiting. We always bring our own reusable cups and this is the 3rd time in a row that they still pour our order into disposable plastic cups instead of the ones we brought. It took 30 min to get 2 small smoothies and the flavor of the Mega Mango was not at all good. It didn't taste of mango at all. Again, the flavor is not the employee's fault, but just goes to reinforce that it was not worth the wait.

Smoothie was more like a chunky - incompletely blended ice and fruit. Also, the server spilled part of my wife's smoothie when pouring it into the cup, so cup wan't filled.

Good food. Bad team, no organization. Terrible inappropriate music played day and night. This is an all role problem. Stems from the manager who has some poor management skills in training, setting an example, and taking responsibility.Store has late opening, poor staffing, inappropriate music, lack of proper customer service from all levels of staff.Only upside is that drinks are made right 9/10 times you visit

They suck here. Listen to the reviews. I gave them a chance and it's true. I only ordered one drink and 3 ppl working. Took me almost 20 mins to get my drink. Irritating. Manager suck and the co worker are clueless

The drinks are good, the service unfortunately is not. This is the second time I’ve placed an order online after 7 am (store opens at 7 am/Mon - Fri) and the store was closed. Today, I placed an order, showed up at 8:08 am and the place was open but no one was inside the store and no drink was available for pick up.

Painfully SLOW...horrible customer service. Despite having 3-5 people working, no one acknowledges you. We won't return to this location.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The store itself doesn’t look sanitary & when we received our drinks, they were pale & tasted watered down. The store wasn’t too hot inside, but the associate who handed us our drinks was sweaty & swiped their face before handing us our drinks as well.

Placed a mobile order since ordering inside is always slow. Showed up 20 mins later when orders showed "completed" and the store was CLOSED. No employees, no sign indicating closure, no notice anywhere. Watched and waited as several other customers came to the door and were also confused to find it locked.Service at this location has not been awful but has not been great. Employees generally seem overworked and depressed, and I can't blame them because the ambiance is pretty depressing.This store badly needs better management!

If your AC is broken and your frozen item coolers are also not working great, CLOSE FOR THE DAY!! You can not charge customers full price for melted, watered down smoothies. No to mention the store was filthy (check out the celling when you go in there) and there was a stack of dirty blender containers yet two of the three workers where literally doing nothing but yelling and walking back and forth from the back of the shop to the front. One would add ice cream to a container and walk away. News Flash, when your place is 85 degrees inside, you can't let soft ice cream or yogurt sit while you screw around. Unacceptable

Currently waited to place my order at the register for about 15 minutes. There's 3 employees working but 1 is at the dish pit making sure there's clean blenders and lids . Another employee the cashier was warming pastries and looked like she was catching up on mobile orders ? The last known employee on the floor is working on both to go orders and walk in orders . This employee that was making drinks also made sure to check on the line thank you ! Honestly I'm not dissatisfied but I would love to see more sense of urgency.. or a manager present to help the line out . Lesson learned today go ahead an order via the app . Ambiance is filled with teenage or young adults .. the seating wasn't good at least today .. just 2 small square tables with no chairs other than the young group of friends hanging out . Key takeaways : order ahead !

I brought my bogo coupon in and was told that this franchise does not accept them anymore. The manager was quite curt with me and instead of apologetically explaining it to me, he told me to outside and read the sign.Also when did a smoothie start costing $11???Jamba, there will be no love lost when you file chapter 11

Worst Jamba location ever! It was better a few years back. Now they only serve half size unblended juices. The sizes are way too small than any other Jamba Juice locations. Do yourself a favor and go to any other location.
