This is all from an Ex-Jamba employee's perspective: Team members at this location do not receive proper training and there is no one checking their quality of service. I believe it is because they are a boost app location that it's not a "true" jamba because all of the employees are part of the boost system BUT someone should be quality checking them! I have had continuous issues with watery smoothies which would be unacceptable to serve at my location AND they don't seem to care about the bowls at all. I waited 20 mins today and watched smoothies go out to people who ordered after me while waiting for my bowl which had a really ugly banana on it lol. Jamba needs to fix this location, and the workers need help! they really make it look like the work is harder than it actually is.

I ordered a large PB Banana Protein and got a regular drink. All jokes aside, but this is just ridiculous. This is literally almost to half empty. PS: I observed them do this to many other people before me. This is not cool. Update: I ordered again and this time they finally filled it all the way to the top.

SO expensive and they don’t accept gift cards at this location. drinks nearly always take at least 5 minutes to receive because it’s so understaffed. it’s not really the workers fault, but the management.

Haven't been back in years. Now I know why. Tried using a first time user discount and tried ordering online but when I went to check out the discount wasn't applied. Tried again and still same thing so I downloaded the app. Tried ordering thru the app and still it was charging me full price with out rewards. I signed up put my credit card info and still I couldn't make a order with the rewards. After 30mins trying to figure it out decided to just place the order and they can fix it for me at the store. Well they couldn't. I got told I can't get a refund and get the rewards discount because I already placed my order that I was too late and that they have my drinks ready. I said I'm not taking the drinks unless I get the discount I'm not paying full price especially now. I was told again they can't refund me so I walked out without my refund and without my drinks. 6 hrs later still no refund and still Jamba Juice corporate office still has not contacted me. I don't understand how you can't refund after getting a order placed. The app is BS especially it's online orders, discounts, and rewards. Checked my previous order and points got added to my account and nothing is posted that I'm getting a refund just that I placed my order and picked up my order. I didn't get my order. I didn't get my drinks. I walked out with nothing. Did all of that ordering for nothing. Wasted gas and the drinks wasn't even for me it was for coworkers and they didnt get their drinks. I came back with nothing from jamba Juice. Dont plan on going back or wasting my hard earned money on such crappy customer service. I've never dealt with a company that doesn't give you your money back after being unsatisfied with service. They don't want to give me my money back and there is no corporate number that you can call. Only email. I've email and put in a complaint 3 times still no response no call back no nothing.

The school is ripping people off I got an açaí bowl and it was smaller than any other location. Not only is it smaller it is $2 more than the other locations. You also have to pay more if you want ANY toppings... they give you granola and banana that is it! No berries no coconut no honey... literally says in the description you get those things but you don't without paying. If it wasn't on campus I wouldn't go horrible waste of money.

I feel bad about giving it 3 stars since I genuinely believe this location deserves more. However, the past few days, they have put someone with the tag NJ, making bowls, and I honestly have never seen anyone make a bowl so slow. I waited over 30 minutes for my açaí bowl. I think I was patient, especially with the boost orders that come in and long lines, I understand. But I watched this worker make a bowl for 8 minutes. He DIDNT blend it, others did that, all he needed to do was put the blender stuff into a bowl, then top it off. He took 8 minutes to do that... i also saw him skimp out on granola with a bowl refusing to refill the granola container. HE literally gave the bowl powder on the bottom of the container of granola, barely any granol... than another girl picked up the station and made my bowl. She took only 3 minutes. She dumped the blender stuff into my bowl, then the granola, then cut the bananas and all, and refilled the granola. I put 3 stars because if Jamba Juice cares, they need to approach NJ because he's slowing everyone down and decreasing efficiency.

One of the worst Jamba Juices I've ever been to. Every semester it gets worse and worse. I've avoided this one for so long until the other campus Jamba Juice was closed and replaced with a sushi place. This semester I've experienced shift managers conspicuously eating the leftover smoothies, shift managers greet me then perform other tasks before taking my order, receiving my order super watery, chunky, or spilling out of the lid, waiting 30 mins for one menu drink, and waiting 10-15 mins at the register because no one wanted to use the register. I waited quite a while with a large line behind me, no manager in sight, two team members preparing fruit, and the other making one smoothie with only one other customer waiting for their order. I ended up leaving. It always seems like the employees prioritize tasks over customers. This store's upper management needs to reconsider their business strategy.

Dissatisfied with the service here. The women working spent all of their time cleaning instead of making my food or taking other people orders. I waited about 20 minutes at least for a bowl that wasn't even blended. I had like 6 full chunks of frozen strawberry that wasn't blended. Was definitely not worth the wait or the price. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I waited at the front of the line for 15 minutes before my order was taken. The staff seemed to expedite "Boost" orders over the customers waiting in line, snaking around the pillar.
